“Good bike shop. Been going to them for bikes & repairs since 1991 (bought 3 bikes from them over the years).
Knowledgeable guys there. Lots of bikes & bike stuff.”
“Two Wheels One Planet is a great resource for my family. We purchased bikes and serviced bikes from other shops there. Will and his team always have great advice and solid recommendations. They listen, understand our needs, and deliver the best options without overselling.”
“Excellent expertise and friendly staff. Took care of exchanging my brake pads on the spot. I continued with my ride. Staff gave recommendations needed for my rig”
“What an amazing experience at FatBikes! We stopped in just to look at electric bikes and had absolutely no plans to buy that day. Then we met TJ.
TJ was outstanding—friendly, personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the features and benefits of the different bikes, and helped us find the perfect fit for our needs.
His staff assisting him was also incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, and the level of customer service we received was exceptional.
Because of TJ’s expertise and the outstanding support from his team, we ended up purchasing two Murf electric bikes, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! It’s rare to find a business where everyone is so knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping customers.
If you’re considering an electric bike, do yourself a favor and visit FatBikes and ask for TJ. He and his team made the entire experience enjoyable, informative, and stress-free. Thank you all for going above and beyond!”
“The Bike House is top of the line. Christian is very knowledgeable as well as reasonable in pricing. His service is excellent and he goes beyond what he was asked to do. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Christian/Bike Shop.

“Fantastic bike shop - knowledgeable, deceptively large inventory, and well outfitted for kids up to expert riders. Been looking for a perfect local bike shop and this is it. Extra thanks to Clay for the help on my most recent visits, though everyone I've worked with has been great”
“Phillip informed me that an item I ordered was out of stock! The replacement I picked was more $. He accommodated me very well. He basically charged me only enough for them to break even and not lose $. I’m a business man myself and in my opinion this is above and beyond. Phillip is in this for the love of the craft 1,000%! No better feeling than an owner reaching out via text to make sure his customers are taken care of! I’ll be a customer for life!”
“My Bikeyoke Revive 2 Dropper post broke at the foot where it actuates up and down. Pro Bike Supply had the best price anywhere on a replacement foot.
I did have to shorten the actuating rod in order to have the new foot function properly but that's just part of working on your mountain bike.
I will look to Pro Bike Supply again for parts.”
“Do yourself a favor and check out this shop. There are a lot of shops that have bikes and there are a lot that will promise you everything. Here is a shop and an owner that will stand by their product. They will treat you kindly and do their very best to get you into the right bike. If you are looking for a BMX bike, this is your spot. If you need help with the one you already own, this is still your spot! Let’s get out there and help support businesses like this that do right by those around them! Thanks for everything!”
“Expert advice and service. Customized my bike to my liking, then spent a lot of time fine tuning and helping setup the app when I took delivery. This is like the Apple Store of Bicycles!!!”
“Got a tune up here for an e bike I bought years ago online from a different company. I will continue to get any future work and maintenance at this shop. No gimmicks, excellent communication, and very reasonable prices. Every staff member I spoke to was a true professional.”
“Jay is the best. Honest and super fast service! My son had a flat tire in his scooter and his school bike shop charged $80 to replace it. Jay fixed it for $37, including a new inner tube. Second day pick up! Can't be happier!”
“Kevin is the greatest, no need to shop anywhere else! My son was looking for a very difficult to find E-Mtb and not only was CA E-Bikes the only shop that had it in SoCal but he saved Christmas by letting us change our order after shipping to get it here by Christmas! ? Kevin does business the old way giving every customer one on one service with excellent communication throughout the process with fair pricing, best shopping experience we've had in years!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I visited Vince’s Cyclery to complete the purchase one of the bikes I researched on the Specialized website. Vince was friendly and welcomed me into his shop and showed me the bike I was interested in. After 2 or 3 tests rides to determine my size and comfort, I chose the Rockchoper Sport. Vince answered my questions, offered some tips, and completed the purchase. I loaded my new bike into my truck and drove home with a smile on my face!”
“So no B.S I’ve had lots of bmx bikes in the past and delt with different companies. Se of course is the worst. Yo. But cult bikes is something different. I just asked about if they had replacements parts for my driver and not even thinking for anything they sent me a brand new driver and a I received it in two days . I’m very impressed with their professional service and great response time . With customer service failing through out the world . These guys know they have a great job Good work cult”
“I've been going to this bike shop for years and the service has always been great. Because it's a small shop, turnaround time for service is usually done same day unless I drop off late”
“This shop saved the day for our little family and gave us the best service! One of our bike tires gave out on us and we called asking if they could help us do a repair. The owner generously waited a few minutes after closing to help us out and was able to help us fix our bike, we truly appreciated the amazing service!”
“We've been through pretty much every bike there is. The P51 is a fantastic bike. The attention to detail and using quality parts are what set the bike apart. We had an issue pop up after purchase, which was our fault, but they took care of it anyway. Their customer service is outstanding.”
“I had a very good experience with my brake fixing and some wheel issue. The technician are very knowledgeable and qualifies. I will definitely return for future services.”
“We're so happy with our new Bluejay bike! It's beautiful, well-designed, and such a fun ride.
We ordered online, but I'm leaving this review for anyone outside the local area who might also be interested in reading reviews before ordering. Our first delivery unfortunately arrived with a few dings in transit, but Jen (the owner) and Meaghan from client support helped resolve things with a replacement. Meaghan stayed in touch throughout the process and even shared helpful info about the bike beforehand, which made the whole buying experience easy and made us feel confident in our purchase.
It's clear the Bluejay team takes pride in their product and genuinely cares about their customers. Based on our experience with our new bike and the thoughtful support we received, I'd happily recommend them to anyone in the market for an e-bike, and would choose Bluejay again when our family is ready for another. Thanks again, Meaghan, Jen, and the Bluejay team!”

“Had an issue with my front derailleur which couldn't shift to the big chainring. I was worried I snapped the shifter before I brought it in ?. Mechanic took a few looks at it, turns out it was mostly gunked up but functional. No charge for a simple repair(?)!”
“Awesome store, crew, parts, information, I just stopped on my way back to TJ, got a lot of parts for my GT Pro-Performer, trust me, Him and his team are the kindest ever, looking back to see them again and get a new set of racing wheels!!!”
“I had an amazing experience bringing my mom’s vintage Cannondale road bike here for a restoration. The bike was originally purchased in Germany in the mid-1980s and my mom used to ride it to CSULB every day, so it has a lot of sentimental value for our family.
The team was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. They took the time to listen to the story behind the bike and made a real effort to preserve as many of the original components as possible while still making it safe and rideable again. They also checked in about small details like colors, the water bottle cage, and anything that mattered to me before finishing the build.
When I picked it up, it honestly looked like a brand new bike. They removed all the rust, cleaned everything up beautifully, and it rides incredible.
You can tell they genuinely love bikes and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this shop if you want mechanics who care about the bikes and the people riding them.”
“Newport Cruisers is hands-down the best bike shop in town! From the moment I walked in, Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. Whether you’re looking to rent a beach cruiser for the day or buy a new ride to keep, they’ve got a great selection of well-maintained, stylish bikes at fair prices.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and top-notch customer service. They took the time to make sure my bike was perfectly adjusted and even gave me some local tips on the best routes and scenic spots around Newport Beach. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
The whole vibe of the shop is laid-back, fun, and totally beachy—just what you’d hope for in a coastal bike rental and sales spot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Newport Cruisers to anyone visiting or living in the area!”
“1) Coolest shop. 2) Incredible and thorough bike fit. 3) Cutest dog
I arrived for my bike fit (it was my first time there) and got to check out all the goodies. They carry Assos, MAAP, Pas Normal, Enve, Factor, Silca—all the greats.
Then we got into the bike fit, and Ashley went from head to toe. We came to the conclusion that my cranks were too long and my bars too wide, but Ashley still got my bike, using its existing components, into a position where I can comfortably ride while my new parts are on order. I already knew I was going to buy new parts, but Ashley absolutely did not push anything onto me. He just gave me a priority list of things that would help me feel my best.
I walked away understanding my physiology, why I ride the way I do, what to improve, and what to look out for going forward. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and just a great person to hang with. If you want your bike dialed, come see Ashley!”
“If you want a real GT hand made just like when you were à kid. This is the place. Very few times in your life do we get a second chance. Thank you Gary,Craig, Albert.”
“After taking my mtb to another shop it still wasn’t shifting correctly. After extensive troubleshooting Andreas figured out the cassette was installed incorrectly.Shifts like butter now!

“Our family loves snow skiing, and I have had my eye on an new pair of skis. I went to Green Room for the first time last week to look at Rossignol Free Bender 110's. I was NOT going to buy, just looking. Then I met Marty. He asked me to sit down and tell him about my skiing experience and skill level and interest. We then talked about the skis, and he knew all about the gear.
I bought the Rossi's and a pair of cool poles and the Look bindings I admire at a fine price. The next day Marty calls me and says they just got in the 2025 bindings that would be a better fit for my skis. They also match the color scheme. Super cool. He did not need to call and I am so glad he did. The mounting guy in the mounting shop talked to me about my skis and skiing style and we settled on the mounting position for the bindings.
Back to Marty, he then comes back and shows me some nice ski wear I might like. I then bought a new ski jacket and matching ski pants. Then I looked at helmets. They taught me all about helmets and I tried a few that would fit by big noggin. Nope - I am still gonna ski in a cap! I hate helmets.
I brought my son over to look for gear. Wayne cooked us a few hot dogs in the parking lot and is a proud Marine helping out the store, very pleasant experience. My son bought ski clothing for his wife as a gift. We selected the wrong size for her, and the same day they went back and the attentive sales lady made sure she got just what she wanted. It is a great place to great ready for the ski season. Thank you Marty and the staff.”
