I was so impressed with the customer service I went there for a bike for my wife. The owner again was super helpful and bought a bike for my wife.
Two years later we buy another bike, super last minute for the fourth of July. It was a used bike. We also bought some accessories that were out of stock. The bike had some minor issues which we all knew about and agreed to bring it back after the 4th when we picked up our accessories.
I didn't make it back for nearly a year. I walked in there fully expecting to repurchase the accessories and pay for the repair because of how long it took me to return, totally my fault. Again the owner exceeded my expectations and made everything right.

He made sure that we were properly fitted and taught me how to use the e-bike (my first time). In addition, he gave us some great restaurant recommendations! We had a great ride along the Balboa peninsula. The bikes were in great condition, the customer service was outstanding, and the whole vibe of the store was awesome. Highly recommend!”
