It took me 10 minutes to find a CVS staff to answer my question and help me to locate the item I was looking for. In spite of this, the staff member was very helpful and courteous. I was satisfied with my experience shopping at this CVS store.

I don’t understand why this place has under a 4 the pharmacy workers are so nice and anytime I call in for something they’re ready and willing to help. I also shop for little stuff get photos done there and on their busy days they have always been so nice.

Timothy rude man with zero customer service skills. Asked a simple question, and he acted like smartbutt.
Sir, this item is 6 dollars cheaper online when I add it to "in-store pick up."
-well, you should've bought it online (goes back to his phone and laughs)
Which price is right? - I don't know, you want it or what.

Went to pick up meds. Young man at the pharmacy counter didn’t know what to do, kept deferring to his co- worker and just had this smile plastered on his face and didn’t speak. Please train competent people to help with this important task. Very frustrating

Cvs somehow told my insurance company I have “Caremark” and now I’m having problems getting covered prescriptions. I never signed up for Caremark and this problem has taken over an hour of my time to try and solve. Shame on you cvs.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 15 years. They are super fast, friendly & they have a huge staff that immediately makes eye contact and asks what they can do to help. They are the best I have ever experienced.

Stellar service from beginning to end at the pharmacy I wish I lived close in order to receive this at home but I will continue to try to get to this CVS pharmacy location. Every chance I get.

Restrooms have been closed since covid. They tell you other places to go instead of offering instead of reopening. Will shop elsewhere.

I am boycotting this location for the following reason: When I asked to use the restroom the pharmacy staff stated it was out of order. Long after covid precautions and to this day. I found out from pharmacy staff that the restroom is not out if order but they were told to say that when asked. I spoke to a manager who confirmed this. She said that there are some restroom cleanups that employees should have to do. She did not elaborate. She stated that outside janitorial staff would need to be called in to clean the restrooms and they didn't want to incur the cost. Really? Isn't it part of the cost of doing business? I see elderly people and handicapped people at pharmacies. You mean to tell me these people need to leave and find a restroom elsewhere? This is the epitome of poor customer service and lack of concern for clients with prescriptions or shopping there. Trying to save money on janitorial services? Really? I am no longer shopping there for anything. My advice, go to Rite Aid and Walgreens where customers are welcome to use the restroom.

I was in trying to get something out of the cabinet that was Under lock and key. I asked the manager who was on at the time which is the guy that is probably 62 years old with glasses that works in the afternoon. He about threw a fit when I ask him to open up the cabinet for me. He has no customer service skills at all. CVS needs to train this guy some " Be kind to the customer skills". Jim and the lady that usually work mornings, as managers are always very friendly to me . I never have any problems with the pharmacy and prescriptions. Everything usually goes per plan. I understand we all have bad days and moments, but this guy has treated me like this two or three times.

Not sure if this is normal but they close shop in the middle of day so that they can take lunch. I don't think that's very smart of them considering people do need there medications and expect the pharmacy to be open during the day.Really hope they come to senses and have different shifts for lunch breaks. Both pharmacists don't have to go eat together. It's kinda ridiculous.

Made a quick stop here for some kiddy shampoo since I forgot to pack some prior. The store was organized and I easily navigated myself through the store layout. Service was prompt and I was able to be on my way in no time. Nothing to complain about here in my eyes. I'd come back if I were in the area and was in need of something.

Giving one star cause young man checking us in was sweet. Gentleman giving Covid vaccine rude and I ended up with a bruise on my arm from it. This is my 4th. Vaccine. Never have I had a bruise. My arm was sore for over a week. Three before little sore day after never for a week.
