“You will not be sorry if you go with Pacific Coast Custom Design! I first hired them to custom design a bedroom with a hidden wall bed that doubled as a craft room. It was so exceptional that I hired them again to create my dream office! They exceeded my expectations in every way! I had a design in my head that they brought to reality, paying attention to the smallest of details. They delivered high quality work, on time, at a fair price. And you can't beat the friendliness of every single person who works there! If I could give them 10 stars I would!”

“We had the absolute best experience with the team at F&D Fountain Valley. We had begun building a material list for our project at the Fullerton location but needed to add a few things. First, Ryan was amazing. He was a delight to talk to, so helpful and courteous. He was professional and knowledgeable. He knew all about the tile we chose, the installation process, care and even some helpful tips. Thelma helped us get our shopping list in order. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient with our questions and needs. She helped us get everything we needed organized and ready for the crew to pick it up. Also, what an absolute sweetheart! And Bre the store manager, above and beyond! We had our toddler with us and as you know that can be stressful. Bre treated us like family. She definitely runs a smooth operation. While answering questions, helping customers and bouncing around the store with her team, she still found time to bring our son a balloon. She was making him smile and laugh all while working the floor. What a great experience we had at this store. Thank you all for your stellar customer service!”
