“I’d definitely recommend JEM Remodeling and Construction. JEM and the team have completed two bathroom remodels for us. Over the past few years, I met with more than 10 contractors while planning our bathroom renovations, but my first meeting with Jeanine stood out. It was her energy and straightforward, no nonsense personality that drew me to her. She listened to everything I wanted and, most importantly, kept me within budget. She never once made me feel like my requests were unreasonable. We had a few bumps during construction, but Jeanine was quick to resolve any issues in a timely manner. She truly went above and beyond my expectations. She and her team did an amazing job on both bathrooms. My son is so happy with how his bathroom turned out, in fact, after using the shower for the first time, he said it was the best shower he’s ever taken! The master bathroom turned out exactly how I envisioned it. It’s beautiful, and everyone who sees it thinks it looks incredibly high end. It was a great experience working with her and her team. They were respectful and professional throughout the entire project.”
“I just bought a home in Seal Beach and the carpet the previous owner had was rough. I shopped around with many businesses and did my research before reaching out to Floor Expo and Design. Hayan came with samples and gave us the most competitive quote. The installers were careful moving my furniture. The carpet was installed meticulously. I recommend Hayan and his team to anyone looking for a reputable floor and carpet business.”
“I can't say enough good things about Ali. We had a small but complicated project in our family room and the result was just stunning. Ali is extremely knowledgeable, detailed oriented, friendly and most importantly, reliable! He communicated with us all the time throughout the project, even after business hours! His team were also great, the fireplace and walnut wall are truly a piece of art! I highly recommend Ali to anyone and we will hire him again for a big remodel in our master bathroom. Ali, we love you! Thank you for such a great job in our home!”
“This is the Bathroom remodel of my dreams! I am very happy with the outcome. Esther was able to guide me throughout the entire process and brought my vision to life!”
“I'm a handyman myself. I came across this store by chance. A gentleman named Cristine took excellent care of me upon arrival. We ordered a four-door, three-drawer bathroom cabinet for my client. It was ready in four days, and they called me to pick it up. I really appreciated their service. It was amazing how quickly and perfectly it was ready in such a short time. The prices were also very reasonable. I thank them. I will continue to come here for all my clients in my future projects. I recommend it to everyone.”
“I was there on Friday May 16th about 4:30 in the afternoon, looking for a single lever shower tub and its trim. I looked for that item even online and couldn’t find it. They didn’t have it either but the gentleman at the front desk whom I didn’t get his name, spent 12 minutes looking for it online and printed the details so I can place the order online.
How nice can a person be?
There was no money to be made for that store that day but as a Real Estate Broker they are on my referral book forever.
God bless them, A happy experience, just amazing.”
“Such a life saver !! I looked for my existing flooring all over Orange County and this place were the only shop that had it and hooked me up with a great price . Thanks for making this floor repair so smooth , Hugh was smart and knowledgeable and help us exactly with what we needed .”
“We worked with Michele for our bathroom remodel design and she’s absolutely wonderful and patient. Took us three separate trips to complete all the choices but she never rushed us and gave us plenty of good advice. Thank you Michele!”
“We had such a great experience. Patient, helpful and so easy to work with. Thank you Marco, Jacob, Edward, and all the guys helping to inspect and load all the cabinets we purchased into a 15 foot UHaul today. We can't tell you enough how much we appreciate all of you. Have a great weekend. Time to install.”
