Pillows were almost too small to exist. The nose of the freeway could not be drowned out even with earplugs provided and the addition of calming sounds! The beds were hard on the backs.

This is the 2nd time I was charged for towels WHEN I BROUGHT MY OWN TOWELS I was even witness to another guess complaining about the same issue
