“This was the first time I stayed at this hotel, and I was a bit concerned after reading all the reviews. One of my clients booked me here for two nights, and it actually was good. I'm not sure how someone got a smoking room here because it is a no smoking hotel. The rooms were clean and large. I got a Kong bed room that had a pull out couch. There are two different locations as well. One is called Sonesta Suites, and the other is Sonesta Select. These two hotels used to be in the Marriott family of a Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn years ago when I visited Huntington Beach. The only thing I would say is that house keeling still needs to come in every day and replace coffee, cups, and towels. I had to go down to the front desk to request more items for my room during my stay. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast here. It is a small little spot that serves coffer and small sandwiches and muffins. It might be better to go offsite or order in. The staff on arrivals was nice, and I even asked her about the negative reviews they had on Google, but were unaware of them and reassured me that no rooms would smell like smoke. The hotel is right off the freeway with really no views and can be very loud sometimes if you have your window open. The weather was amazing when I was there, so I kept my windo cracked the entire stay. There is plenty of parking around the premise and 3 gas stations across the street.Rooms: Good room, king bed and pull out couch.Nearby activities: Golf courseWalkability: Gas stations, banks, golf courses, sams club and freeway access”

“If you like being herrased by the Fountain valley P.D. then this is the place to go right in the entrance of the hotel or on the parking lot of the business nextdoor that's pretty bad impression you wanna give future guest or repeated guests and to those lazy cops just sitting there eating Donuts and getting fatter there's a lot of crime you'll should be fighting not just sitting there waiting to see who shows up that's entrapment and hereassing the citizens get to work you're all dismissed someone will call you if needed....Walkability: You can't walk anywhere without those cops in the front asking you questions that btw you don't need to answer any of them period...”

“One thing I'm not really happy about is that they don't serve the free breakfast anymore, but the front desk they're all really nice and they all helped out quite a bit in the rooms are clean and it's pretty quiet most of the week and my dog loves knowing that she has her own bedRooms: The rooms are clean and I love the fact that they have a sliding back door so you can go straight out to your vehicle in place so you can keep an eye on it. But whatever you do do not go to the one in Garden Grove because they have two security guards that walk around the premises all night and my car still got broken into and my e-bike was stolen and they did not even care”
