“Lunch at Farmhouse at Roger's Gardens is always lovely. The gardens are beautiful. My burger was huge and delicious. My husband enjoyed his cobb salad but the chicken was dry. I noticed that when I had a salad with chicken on another visit. Everything except the chicken was excellent. Just don't order chicken.”
“Purchased a pomegranate sapling and small blackberry shrub about a year and a half ago. The pomegranate sapling is doing very well and the blackberry shrub has exploded with growth. They have great thornless varieties and the fruit is very sweet.”

“Loved the ambience and the sales associate Brenda was such an angel! We went in store looking for a philodendron/vine-y plant and a nice pot to give as a gift and spent a long time deliberating—must have spent over an hour in the store. Nearly that whole time Brenda was helping us make a decision or offering plant care advice and presenting us with new options! Have never met someone so patient and knowledgeable. We left beyond satisfied with our purchase (pot + plant) which she also potted for us in-store!!

“I just had the best customer service experience and had to give a huge shoutout to Brian! His level of service is beyond impressive and truly stands out—something you won’t find in 99% of stores. He went above and beyond: he offered to clean the saucer I was buying, gave me a discount because it had a small chip, and even used a Sharpie to cover it up! Brilliant move. He suggested I could touch it up with black nail polish if I had some, offered paper to wrap it in, and even delivered it to my car! Talk about exceptional service. A massive thank you to Brian for making my day!”
“Everything you need for your flower/plant needs. A ton of selection and huge inventory. They offer wagons to carry what you plan on buying and even golf carts in case what you want is located on the far end of the nursery. The workers are very friendly and super helpful if you have any questions. The prices can't be beat. We have been buying from Martinez nursery for years and will continue to do so.”
“I just love Armstrong Nursery during the holidays! And I was so glad I was able to sign up for their fall make and take class! We made a beautiful mini pumpkin with succulents. They had plenty of supplies and the instructors were all so nice and helpful! I need to be sure to keep my eye out for more classes. They were also so kind to have Starbucks coffee on hand for us!
Once I finished with my class, my hubby and I walked around and enjoyed looking at all the beautiful plants and pottery!”

“If you do DIY projects every so often but don't want to spend a ton on tools or supplies, Harbor Freight is the best option.
This particular location is always well stocked and very easy to find items. If you need help, every associate I have spoken to is extremely helpful and friendly.
The store is kept neat and tidy and everything is clearly marked, which makes finding stuff very convenient.
If you do plan on buying items, definitely look at their online mailer. The coupons they offer make the inexpensive tools and supplies even cheaper, which is crazy!
As I said earlier, if you are the occasional DIY'er, the quality of the tools and supplies will be more than sufficient to use. It might not be the highest quality but for the majority of novice and intermediate users, you really can't go wrong with any of their products. And for the price, I'll skip the name brands and go with Harbor Freight.”
“In the chaos after a horrific tragedy, we forgot flowers for the funeral and placed an order just a day before the service, with special requests (no flowers in colors reminding of fire - red, orange etc, soft shapes without dramatic spikes) and they were so kind, and the church was lovely with their arrangements. Wonderful compassion, competence and coordination. I highly recommend Queen's Flowers!”

“Mike mgr. was an incredible help to us today as we rented a van. We had purchased a screen door that was defective and had to exchange it so we had to rent a truck to transport. “We recently went to this HB location to buy some trees to plant at our house and are very happy with the plant quality and service they provide. We were greeted by Ronnie and he is so knowledgeable about all the plants we had questions on. He also gives us great advices and options for our budget and needs. Awesome customer service! So we went back to get more plants with Ronnie and long story short today is our planting day. Carmello and his team showed up early and got the job done in no time. They did a very good job and gave us great suggestions. We ended up buying more plants today to make our project completed. Highly recommend them if you have a landscape project and want high quality plants and awesome service and quality of work!”

“We had a group event of 30 guests planned to come and celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. The sun catcher workshop was unique, relaxing and creative. It is held on an outdoor patio. The tables and materials were organized and ready to go upon arrival. Beth is a patient, communicative, and supportive teacher! Any time I had questions leading up to the event, she was quick to respond. She was very accommodating. Everyone said they really enjoyed it! Beth gave step by step directions. The product came out beautifully! Only 25 guests were able to make it so Beth gave us 5 take home kits. The cost was very reasonable. Parking can be tricky with large groups, but everyone found a space. I highly recommend doing this with a friend or as a group event! You will not be disappointed! It is totally worth it! “This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I've only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and ask if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. Thank you for all that you do and you definitely deserve a raise, recognition, or a promotion!”

“Plants By Yours Truly in Huntington Beach, CA, is totally rad! Melissa, the owner, isn't just an awesome human with a bunch of plant skills, but she also stocks super cool home products that keep things natural—no gnarly chemicals like those big-box stores.
Melissa recently rescued my beloved tree of over 20+ years. When I moved, the person I trusted to watch it totally wiped out on caring for it. I was crushed, thinking it was toast. In full-on panic mode, I rushed it straight to Melissa for emergency TLC. A few months later, she shot me a pic of fresh growth—stoked! Now, a couple more months down the line, the tree is almost back to its prime.
Seriously, huge thanks to Melissa for bringing back this sentimental tree that marks all my epic California memories. Plants By Yours Truly is way more than a plant shop—it's a chill spot packed with healthy vibes and great energy.

“Came to this nursery Nitao in Orange to pick out some roses for my wife. They have a lot of beautiful type of roses to pick from. Came away with Bolero, Savannah, and Monaco. I very nice lady helps me pick the colors and the flagrant. I drove home with six containers. The price is very good compared to other nurseries and Homedepot.”
