Until Kenny. Kenny made my 2 hr trip into a 15 minute trip and I am so grateful. He was extremely knowledgeable, super quick, and great attitude. He seemed like the only person who took his job seriously and knew what he was doing. The other kids working there might need more training in products and customer care. Check out people were really nice too.”

They let us know when they were coming, confirmed the day before, and texted 15 minutes before arrival. Not only did they deliver on time, they also helped us with set up. Overall, we are satisfied with Home Depot, their delivery, and cannot wait to try out our new laundry set”

“Tonight, I got home to find my downstairs bathroom flooded (we're thinking it may be related to the rain. Well, my local Home Depot shows they have 5 dehumidifiers in stock and when I go in, they tell me they know it says it online, but they don't have them. I called this location, as the next closest HD, wait to speak to a person and then get transferred to plumbing. They show they have 1 in stock, try to check the shelves, but cannot locate it. After several attempts to find a dehumidifier elsewhere, we give up for the night and start setting up fans (not very helpful - especially when you can't open the windows in the rain), and eventually I see I have a missed call and voicemail. Ken, from plumbing dept, called me back after locating the last dehumidifier in the store that was placed in a different spot than normal. Sounds silly to be so excited and grateful for a dehumidifier, but that VM was the relieving thing to hear. I called back and caught Ken right before he left for lunch and he was so kind to go pull the unit for me and have it taken to customer service before his break! I truly appreciate his customer service! He went above and beyond, not knowing the situation and just being a helpful person. I never would have expected a call back for a stock check, but tonight Ken was more helpful than he will ever know! I hope he gets recognized properly for his help. I could not leave a review on the HD site directly.”

“It was Christmas Eve and we needed stuff real fast. My mother-in-law was going home from rehab, and we had none of the right sized bedding for her hospital bed. Walmart had it all: XL twin sheets, grab bars, pill boxes, and a waterproof mattress pad. We were even able to find a few things that we needed for ourselves. Best of all, we got out of there quickly through self-checkout.”

“I love this nursery! It was my first time there. It's a smaller independent nursery. But it packs in a lot of different garden items & plants and flowers! I found a few plants that I've never seen at the big box garden centers. I'm excited to see the flowers bloom 3. I also found a dwarf hibiscus (I've never seen a dwarf version before) that I show in a pot I painted for my best friend . She's been wanting a hibiscus for so long. But she lives in a townhouse with only a balcony. This was perfect! And she loved it. They also had so many garden accessories and different types of pots! The staff were all very nice and very helpful! I love to garden, and I'll definitely be back!”
