“We just came here today to have our vehicle service and we were so sad to see the Dyer Road facility closed. He was the best mechanic. Our daughter went to CSULB, so far away, she could bring her car in and he immediately dealt with it. (A parents dream) ironically, we just came to pick up a van that we bought for my brother, as he passed away. I brought it here to Santa Ana to have Saad look at it before we drive the desert. I am devastated that he is not here. I am going to try and find him, and if you find him, I promise you, you will not be sorry. Honest, reasonable, and an excellent mechanic not to mention a stellar human being. Sorry we missed him.”

“I can't believe what I'm reading!! From all these negative reviews, I can only conclude that there must have been a disconnect in the communication. Melissa is a very caring woman who only wants the customer to be completely happy with their purchase. And Chuck, he is such a compassionate man who takes pride in selling only the best used vehicles. I just bought my third car from them and over the many years that I have dealt with them they have been nothing but kind and caring. The whole office is filled with caring people. When you walk through those doors they treat you like family and only want to put you in a vehicle that you feel good about purchasing. Tim was very easy to work with, he looked at my trade in and I test drove what I was looking for which is an F-250 Super-Duty. We sat and came to an easy agreement and that was it. Less than 30 minutes of a discussion. I returned the next day to sign papers and that was all it took. When you know what you are looking for and Tim obviously knows what he is looking at, the deal gets very simple. “Orange Auto Transport saved the day, our fist auto transport's truck broke down in Yuma, and after several days the original transport could not perform, I called Orange Auto Transport , I found them to be very pleasant to work with and delivered my car the very next day :). I wish I would have called them sooner, the driver had to unload my car off the broke down trailer and load it on to his trailer at some random parking lot in Yuma. The driver was a great communicator, he actually picks up the phone when you call him, very honest . Orange Auto was a little more than than other quotes I got, but for service it was worth it. Through the process of getting a truck through Z Motors , Alex was there through getting a lender and was very communicative about all options available to me to the open lenders and helped me choose the best lender for our loan for our new truck, he has great vehicles for sale and very low mileage, we found our 2007 Toyota tundra that my wife fell in love with, and we drove from San Diego to Orange County to pick up our new truck, Alex made sure we were happy with our purchase and happy on the test drive and the truck ran perfect, my wife was extremely happy on the purchase, Alex by far hands down is one of the kindest and most helpful person purchasing a vehicle through Z Motors , thank you again Alex for all your help ! Chris & TamaraFollow up update after having the truck for 5 months , we are having starting issues and the truck turns off while driving on the road and contacted Alex about the issues we are having with this truck which only had 54,000 miles on it in which there mechanic should have completed any services or issues on the truck , making payments on a truck that doesn’t run at times nor doesn’t start felt as we’ were sold a bad truck with false pretense that this was a good truck , now dealing with more expensive cost to run diagnostics on this truck , shouldn’t be fair to a customer to deal with only having the truck for 5 months and no answer from the dealership or Alex about the problems the truck may have had, if buying a car from this place make sure to have a mechanic go with you to make sure your getting a good vehicle that runs .”
