I had delivery this is uber freight load my rate confirmation show me oppointment time is 7:30am to 5:30 pm but he told nothing oppointment today and so attitudes all workers specially lady only 1 truck overthere in the dock but he did not give me a door so my experience is bad overthere thats by i give only 1 star please make sure your oppintment

checking at 11.30am now is 1.00pm they didn't give me any dock yet 5 dock is empty no truck there 1.45pm got dock 2.30pm out

Very very slow to unload, checked in at 8 am....now past 12pm and still no door or any sign of when driver will be off loaded ( being told they are doing the best they can, and have no idea when or if he will get unloaded today). Saw the previous reviews and was shocked to see they would take this long to unload. Customers like this really hurt the trucking companies financially and the moral of the drivers. Hope in time they can figure out ways to expedite unloading.

Maxco is a cardboard company for packaging fruits and vegetables. The workers, especially I treat them, come and they come to me and when I go to lift loads it doesn't take too long...only in cases when they have enough trucks. But they always respect each driver's turn, which speaks volumes about the company and its workers ???
