Ryder Truck Rental
2701 E Byrd Ave, Fresno CA 93706
“This is the best service shop I have been to in my 7 years as a truck driver and year and 3 months in drive away. I arrived by tow truck with a Ryder unit at midnight (Ryder Fresno CA). The on call service tech Jeff came to meet me at 1am to diagnose the issue so they could be proactive in the morning. When I woke up the next day it was Jeff bright and early knocking on the truck door and ready to go. What I thought was a transmission issue turned out to be a derate because of a broken DEF sensor. They replaced the sensor but figured out the Derate was actually caused by an electrical issue. I was on the way for time with my family after this load and they let me know promptly that about the electrical issue. At this point I had contacted my company and was filling out the breakdown paperwork when the manager came up and let me know Jeff found and fixed the electrical short and I was good to go! I couldn’t believe it!!! I haven’t seen this caliber of service for years, since techs have become more reluctant to do roadside repairs (understandably due to the danger). When I got towed here I expected delays. But what we got was diligent service. Jeff stayed with the job until the job was complete. My dispatcher was so surprised as well. We’ve never had a service department work so diligently to fix an issue before. Not only that: when I hopped in the unit to go to the Ryder fuel island Jeff had already filled it up!!!! So grateful to these guys. They are Heroes.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
8483 E Dinuba Ave, Selma CA 93662
“I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance online through U-Haul directly and received a confirmation email. A day before my reservation a U-haul representative gives me a call that the truck I needed was not available in Selma like I had reserved but rather in Fresno. I was very disappointed and upset. I was not happy with the service. I cancelled the reservation. I needed to use U-haul services again and this time I decided to call Felipe's Auto Service directly to book my reservation. The entire process was very smooth. They have great customer service. I will continue using U-haul because of Felipe's great customer service and attention. If it was in U-haul's service alone I would have given it 0 stars. I'm glad I decided to call directly. Thank you for providing excellent service, Felipe's Auto Service.”

“I was doing a local move and the truck worked fine - it was clean and solid. The checkout and check-in processes were extremely easy. The truck I had rented engine light came on when I was actually on my way to return the truck - so I just went ahead and took it and let them know. Overall great renting experience with this particular Uhaul facility. Staff were all friendly and helpful.”
