“My wife spent over a week planning the U-Haul experience and we thought that we were going to be able to pick up our U-Haul at 8: 00am but, the guy that set us up with that deal forgot to send us the lockbox code and so that was frustrating. But then, my wife called U-Haul support and the lovely lady on the other end was able to turn our experience around and get us another U-Haul truck of the same variety and that was very helpful. It ended up taking until 9:30 a.m., but that wasn't the young lady's fault, simply the fault of the satellite store. So, overall I'm giving this experience a five-star due to the fact that U-Haul customer service is 100% on their a-game and shouldn't have to pay for one man's mistake.”

“We rented a smaller moving van from Penske main office in Fresno and picked it up at Home Depot. They were easy to work with, very accommodating. I let them know we would be traveling to Yosemite and back so they gave us a van that was almost new to make that trip. The Van did amazing on those roads, it got great gas milage and the back up camera was extremely helpful! I would recommend them over and over!!!!”

He estimated my miles from just my address and location of storage down to the very mile just in his head. Very happy, definitely going back instead of the last place I used.”

Just make sure you confirm the mileage written on the paper, fuel actually in the tank to paper, and that they got your contact info correct and everything will be smooth. They dont mind usually if your time ends up being more just call and inform. Very understanding. Use u-haul for all my moving needs.”

“We rented a Uhaul to drive from San Francisco bay area to Texas, and the dealer there refused to inspect the vehicle with us and just told us if it breaks down to call customer service. So we stopped at this Uhaul in Fresno to see if anyone would be willing to help us. Even though we just showed up with no appointment, the manager Seven inspected the vehicle for us right away. Turned out it had hardly any oil. He stayed with us for over an hour to fill the oil and check the vehicle with me to ensure we would be safe the rest of the way. Thank you Seven!”

“6 months ago I rented a truck. I had the truck for 3 days and wasn't charged the extra day. Chris, the owner just charged me the mileage and threw in the extra day. I was confused and gave them an unsavory rating, but I was TOTALLY wrong! The staff were fast and courteous and I wanted to let them know that I didn't forget what they did for me. I strongly recommend this store! I couldn't take back my rating on their website, but I'm here and want to say THANK YOU!”
