“I absolutely and truly love and appreciate the owners and their employees of this business. Extremely good to their customers, organized, and their expertise outstanding. And so fair and reasonable. I totally recommend them and my appreciation is huge.”
“Got a helmholtz resonator deleted from my muffler on my Infiniti suv. Fast job and good quality. Other shop I went to in Watsonville’s was skeptical about doing it and my gut said to just come here. And I didn’t regret it”
“I had an oil change, inspection and smog check done here recently. They were great to work with, fairly priced, and trustworthy. I will be going back next week for new brakes and brake pads. I’m so glad to find a good, honest mechanic near me.”
“Had a torque converter assessment from another local truck repair service company. I didn't feel the estimate nor the service would be up to par with what I'd expect from a transmission company working on one of my box trucks out of my fleet. I took it to Scott Morimoto and he was patient with me and explanined that even though I only had 65K miles on my trany, by just replacing the torque converter something else could be wrong at any time....With this inforatmiion I couldn't risk my delivery truck being down so I went ahead and got a full transmission rebuild. Yep it cost a little more but Scott was the hero with his advice, service and knowledge. So glad I made the trip to Pajaro to find this great mechanic.”
“I’ve been taking our cars and trucks to Mac Auto for almost a decade. I’ve always had a great experience. Mac is fair and very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I’m so glad we found them and they are a part of our network that we recommend to family and friends. Thank you Mac Auto!”
