I had a great DIY experience here. Brian was very helpful helping me diagnose my oven problem and suggesting a solution. He sent off the control panel for a rebuild and gaver me tips on installing it. All went great and my oven is upa nd running again. Excellent customer service and happy to have found this shop.

A goto place for appliance repair parts. They carry pretty much anything you are looking for or they find it for you. The customer service is good. They identify the issue and recommend next step. They also find parts for you and order them on your behalf. Price is reasonable and they are open 6 days per week

I visited the store to find a compressor relay for my fridge. The employee was very helpful and although my exact part was unavailable, they helped me find a compatible replacement that worked great.
Appliance Parts Distributor was founded in 1963. We are a family owned and operated business that prides itself in customer service. We started out as mainly an Appliance Parts Distributor (hence the name) but in 1988 started to focus on the apartment replacement appliance business and have grown from there to also supply appliances for the builder industry in northern California. We operate 3 stores in San Leandro, Fremont and Dublin with the main 30,000 square foot warehouse at the San Leandro location.
