They showed me where to look for the material number since it was covered in grease and grime. They let me know right there what the price would be and how long it would take for me to get them. “Finally found a kumquat tree at this Home Depot. When asking the cashier (whose name is "Tawheed" on the receipt) for a bag, he told me to literally go to the Garden Center, which was closed, and get it MYSELF from behind the cashier desk. The audacity... considering I'm on a boot and disabled, using a scooter cart.Meanwhile, Lei, hears him and offered to go get it for me. She was more than accommodating and has provided an excellent level of Customer Support/Care. She deserved a 5-Star!However the most I can give is a 4-Star, due to her colleague who couldn't have cared less. He should be ashamed of being lazy and showing up to work. Stay home next time with withcha rude self (Tawheed)!”
