Owen and Keny were great! They went the extra mile for us, and they are what made this experience tolerable. AT&T was terrible. We did not have cellular service for two days and had to go to the AT&T store 4 times due to their system being terrible. We had to interchange between calling and going to the store because there were certain things we could only do over the phone and certain things we could only do in person. We will not be recommending AT&T to anyone we know.

So I went in to get a simple sim card, the first time I went in the rep told me I couldn't get one because I wasn't an authorized user and because we just moved back to AT&T (moved to Verizon then back to AT&T where we were members for 20+ years) I couldn't get a freaking simple sim card and to wait a month so I could become an authorized user (apparently for them you need to wait 30 days but dude was wrong). Ok I wait the 1 month and come in to get the sim as I am an authorized user now, I STILL CANT GET A SIM CARD. So I waste a hour of my time just to be denied. The next day I go to the AT&T store on Osgood Road and they get the same error. But surprise surprise, they know what they were doing and a few minutes later they get the job done and I get my sim card. And apparently, all you need to become an authorized user is a manager override and it's not even a big deal like the people at the Fremont Hub location said it was. Like 3 people failed me at this location, not sure if they need further training or they only care about sales but come on, getting a sim card shouldn't be rocket science, absolutely wasted a month of my time. Never coming back here ever again.

I needed a new phone because my old one had stopped working. Their associate Owen greeted me at the door and took me through the whole process of getting a new phone and setting it up for me. I really appreciate the good customer service. That is why I have remained a loyal AT&T customer for more than 20 years!

I was assisted by the store manager Dalina. I was so frustrated with the way xfinity has been treating me and 12 years with them. After meeting with Dalina (Fremont Hub), I was set up with new Directv and AT&T Fiber. She reassured me that the process was going to be seamless and I even got paid to switch! She was able to help me get reimbursed for xfinity’s termination fee and I have been extremely satisfied with my new services and the service that Dalina provided. Dalina is the reason why customers want to stay with AT&T.

The staff at the store were more than helpful. They actually went above and beyond to help us out.
Considering the length of time we been with AT&T ( more than 20 years )
However, for what ever reason the fraud department didn't approve the upgrade to couple of phones on our business plan that includes 5 lines.
After we literally spend two hours at the store with the agent ( that was surprise ) the transaction didn't get approved by the fraud department and we ( my self and my wife) we ended up leaving without getting anything done!
So now you know why my experience was really disappointing.
