After having a bad experience at the Union City AT&T store I went to the Fremont AT&T store. Me and my son checked in and Owen helped us out. I explained what happened in the Union City AT&T store and Owen was so nice and helpful. I will not go to the Union City AT&T store again. Appointments are supposed to be honored.
