This AT&T corporate store customer service is absolutely ridiculous! Instead of helping customers, the staff would rather huddle together and gossip about the Super Bowl for 30 minutes. I've been waiting here for over 30 minutes, even though I'm 3rd in line. Many others have stormed out in frustration, and the store manager is shamelessly laughing and seemingly delighted to see them leave. To make matters worse, an Indian Asian family just walked in, and the manager is blatantly ignoring them. And here I am, still typing away, still 3rd in line... I have no idea how much longer I'll be stuck here. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable!

Dalina was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the experience very simple and I greatly appreciate it. Although the store was busy she did a great job with helping multiple customers without me feeling unattended to. While my phone was transferring she would assist other customers, but continually made eye contact with me to see how I was doing and came over when I had questions or the transferring had issues. Need more staff members just like her.In addition when I first came in she was trying to help another lady that was being extremely combative and she handles that interaction in a way that AT&T should be extremely proud of. At the end of the interaction the customer left feeling heard and taken care of. Kudos to Dalina and to The person that decided to have her work in this office in Fremont.

Whoever is Store Manager please teach your employees to talk to customers and if you can’t handle customers just write on website that don’t come if you don’t have an appointment.

Really bad services after waiting long time like more than an hour just to handle only 2 customers if you will ask that is it reasonable to wait they why you wait you can leave so rude to customers

There are both great and incompetent workers in this store. One guy behaved weirdly, no matter what we asked, he just responded with an odd “Mhmm”, sounding like he was weak and hungry due to missing his lunch. He even calculated our monthly payment wrongly. Luckily another guy is much smarter and more familiar with the business and helped us finish our purchase quickly.
