“I don’t know where to start. I actually reached out to Double Take Auto Spa BEFORE buying a new vehicle. They provided me great insight into the pros and cons of various colors and also advised me to thoroughly inspect the paint because even brand new vehicle need paint correction at times.

Immediately after purchasing my vehicle I dropped it off for a 10 year PPF and ceramic heat-reduction tint (I may not have the exact terms correct, so forgive me).

They went above and beyond in prepping and protecting my new vehicle and I can honestly say the ceramic tint dramatically reduced the heat on the inside. I’m very happy with their products and plan on being a lifetime customer.”

“We brought our brand new Model Y straight to Auto Pro for partial front PPF, full ceramic coating, and front window tint. After having a bad experience with PPF installation at another shop in Fremont, I was especially careful in selecting a shop this time around. I talked to several shops around the area with specific questions on their product, installation process, and aftercare maintenance. It wasn't easy to tell over the phone and emails which shop would actually provide the best work and service without past experience or referral, but I ultimately landed with Auto Pro mainly because of the professionalism in my interaction with their front office staff, Sarah. Sarah is a superstar and patiently answered all my questions in detail.

This shop wraps the PPF around most of the edges which the other shop I went to did not do. I was only able to find a few small air bubbles after the initial installation (completely normal) which they took care of for me in the first checkup after the curing period.

My only word of advice for those bringing in brand new Teslas is to ask them to first inspect for any paint issues before applying PPF or ceramic coating . This was not a fault or responsibility of theirs, but I did notice a non-trivial paint flaw that couldn't be fixed with paint correction only after the work was complete. And by that time, it was too late to bring it back to Tesla to resolve. What people say about Tesla's poor paint quality is mostly true, so make sure you get any flaws resolved before getting the work done.

I wish I had found them earlier for my other cars. Overall, from what I can tell, their PPF installation is nearly flawless. Their entire staff and ownership (Mynor, Byron) are also great to work with. I will be bringing all my future cars to them in the future.”

“This is a long overdue review. So far I have gotten two cars fully wrapped at MUM. My first car was a 911 and it came down to OCD and MUM. With MUM I liked the fact that I get to pick what I want (with cost consideration) vs a package OCD offers with cost North of $10K. No one in my social circle had any experience with MUM so, even though savings were great, I was still skeptical if they would satisfy my meticulous attention to appearance.

Fast forward to the delivery of 911, I decided to have the dealership wrap it with warranty but the work was done by MUM. For some reason the dealership had the finance manager coordinate this work so I decided to step in and that was the first time I got introduced to Sayed. Even though I was not a direct customer, he was very accommodating on my attention to details and addressing the communication breakdown from the dealership. I was completely satisfied with the work and I actually ended up getting windows tinted and wheels coated as well.

That brings me to last week when I brought my second car to him for a full wrap. Being a large vehicle and in black, I was worried but the results are impeccable. The car actually looks better now.

I have found Sayed to be honest and upfront. If you are looking for great workmanship at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. They have earned my trust with my cars.

My only suggestion to MUM would be to not reuse the old emblems with thicker 3M tape as they do not look nice and do not match such a nicely done wrap. I understand the motivation is to save customers extra few $$s but some might be OK with it. Perhaps give customers the options for reuse or pick new ones for an extra cost.”

“I couldn't be more impressed by the service and quality of the work done on my Lexus NX 450h+. I requested window tinting, PPF (full front, hatch, and bumper), and ceramic coating (5 year warranty). The process took 4 days to complete (Wed - Sat morning).Sarah was very responsive throughout the entire process. Before scheduling an appointment, she was honest and straightforward when answering my questions - letting me know what to expect (before, during, and after the project). Because this was my first big purchase, I was nervous about handing off my car, but Sarah sent me photos and videos the entire time. On the first day, she sent pics/vids of every rock chip on the car. Then throughout the remaining days, she sent pics/vids of the PPF application and result of the window tints. With his professional opinion, he recommended some additional PPF over specific parts of the car that I agreed to. Throughout our interaction, he was straightforward, honest, and professional. He answered all our questions, explained what can and can't be done, paint correction expectations, and the process of it all. When picking up the car, I decided to have small last minute PPF additions to the door edges. Because I was on a time crunch, Byron and his team were able to quickly complete this in 10-15 minutes, which I really appreciate. The quick PPF additions look flawless and I'm absolutely overjoyed with the results. Overall, they did a stellar job on everything and completely exceeded my expectations!”

“Can’t recommend this place enough! I took my Mazda here after a bad accident, and David was great! My car was close to being totaled, but I wanted it fixed, and they were able to work with my insurance to get it back into near perfect shape. They also had a decent loaner vehicle for me to use during the two months they had to keep it, even when I didn’t have rental coverage. I couldn’t even tell the car had been in an accident apart from a small indentation in the front lower grille. They also did a very nice detail job before returning my car to me.
