“I just went back to XLNC again because they helped me out before with a very old stain that I avoided getting cleaned because money was tight at the time. I finally prioritized getting it some professional help from them and picked XLNC based off their reviews, and they got it fully out. You’d never know I had a cherry pie spill all over the front seat.

I just had my car cleaned again by XLNC because I had spilled garlic olive oil dinner takeout all over the back passenger seat. To add to the time factor, later this Winter we are planning on driving up to friends who live in bear country and were told explicitly by our friends to be wary of even leaving gum or mints in the car cause bears can smell it and will break in to eat whatever food item is in there; it has happened to their neighbors. I started to panic imagining a brown bear who loves Italian food hitting up our car.

I had tried to get an appointment asap after I smelled / saw the stain but, with the heavy rain storm and conflicts on my end it ended up being an extra two weeks before I could schedule the appointment. At that point I was just hoping for enough chemicals to cover up the food smell, even if the stain wouldn’t come out. I know how rough oil is on fabric and have tried to get stains out clothing and failed miserably. But XLNC came through again:

Ty was amazing. He was communicative, told me what to expect, gave me a rundown of his process and then proceeded to not only eradicate the smell but he got the entire stain out. He called me up when done and gave me a rundown on what to expect for the remainder of the drying and we were all good to go. 10/10. I love XLNC, you guys are the best. Thanks for pulling through!”

Through the process of a local state inspection at a Porsche dealer I was told the transmission probably needed replaced
I followed up with response motors
After some back and forth conversation we agreed to ship the car back to their location and they hired br racing to address the problem
Turns out br racing rebuilt the transmission
Got the car back after a month or so and I must say the car is runs absolutely amazing now

“The owner, Luis, is super friendly, professional and dedicated to providing great service! He took good care of me! First experience was tint and PPF wrap. No issues with tinting, minor issues with the wrap lifting on side view mirror but Luis took care of it asap! Then my car had an issue with the window due to manufacturing so I needed my tint removed. After repair, brought my car back to Luis, tint was replaced, had a few problems due to the gasket being too tight against the window, but Luis was determined to get the job done and done right no matter how many times it would take! “I couldn't be more impressed by the service and quality of the work done on my Lexus NX 450h+. I requested window tinting, PPF (full front, hatch, and bumper), and ceramic coating (5 year warranty). The process took 4 days to complete (Wed - Sat morning).Sarah was very responsive throughout the entire process. Before scheduling an appointment, she was honest and straightforward when answering my questions - letting me know what to expect (before, during, and after the project). Because this was my first big purchase, I was nervous about handing off my car, but Sarah sent me photos and videos the entire time. On the first day, she sent pics/vids of every rock chip on the car. Then throughout the remaining days, she sent pics/vids of the PPF application and result of the window tints. When picking up the car, she explained and showed me every detail of the work done, and how to care for the PPF + ceramic coat + tints until the follow up appointment. She also pointed out bubbles, which is expected to subside over a few weeks. Byron greeted me upon arrival and went over what I requested. Because I was on a time crunch, Byron and his team were able to quickly complete this in 10-15 minutes, which I really appreciate. Why i come back to this place:

1: Mom and Pop business WITH AN ACTUAL SHOP.

2. They will look at your car first and quote fairly with explanation.

3. They know what they are doing, owner is knowledgeable.

4. Unlike mobile detailing , they will not leave toxic waste on your driveway , have enough water to clean your car properly, proper high power equipment and no bullshit “mobile” tax.

5. They really went that extra mile when i tipped them before hand. I didn’t ask for anything extra.

In pictures you see my humble 14year old car that got full interior, exterior and polish buff for $300 (depends on previous condition). I didn’t know my paint had flakes in it lol.

Every other “mobile” detailing wanted $50 for visit and the minimum $400 and up for full detail and polish.
I am not spend $500 on a car this old.

They seemed very busy when i visited them for appointment so they may not need anymore reviews , but I am leaving one here as a small curiosity.”

“When you go to autozone, it’s probably because you’re in need of help with your car. just maybe. i definitely was! i was only expecting to get some antifreeze but instead got so much more help than i dared ask for ! terry took it upon himself to help me fix a broken part of my car ( with permission of course ) and was so kind throughout it all. this is what i picture when a business says they care about you. terry made a big problem seem less intimidating and i was able to drive my car in just a few short hours ! the customer service here is amazing, especially when attitudes aren’t something you can train. terry did an amazing job along with his coworker, and i’m so impressed and pleased. these are the team members you want to keep around, they are so worth it . they definitely deserve to be recognized.”
