“I went for my first oil change and was immediately received. They did a comprehensive inspection of the car and discovered a nail in my front tire (which they ended up changing) My car is CPO so the oil change itself was complementary. They also performed a complimentary car wash.
You get unlimited coffee.

Brandon is very helpful and accommodating, and has helped me get out of a bind on a few occasions. They are an honest shop that will not overcharge you for work or double-dip on labor, and their work is extremely high quality. If you have a M car, this is where you want to bring it.”

“I had the BEST experience here! As someone who has absolutely no idea what I’m looking for when it comes to car parts (and who asks way too many questions ?), I was honestly nervous walking in. But Jose was amazing, he helped me with my purchase, answered every single one of my “annoying” questions with so much patience, and never once made me feel embarrassed. He was super knowledgeable and quick, which made the whole process stress-free.

“Can't recommend this family owned repair shop enough. They take customer service seriously which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to body shops. Not only did they fix up my SUV to look like new (see pic - damage on the rear passenger door was fixed and blended perfectly), they offered to drop me off and pick me up from my home nearby and washed my car for me upon pickup. I have to give a special shout-out to Jason and Anthony who were excellent to work with. While I hope I don't have to use their services again anytime soon, I'll for sure be coming back to TGIF for all my body shop needs and will be going out of my way to refer all my friends and family here.”

“I gave SharkWerks a call yesterday looking for a part, and spoke to Dan. Dan was about as helpful as a customer could hope for. Not only did Dan confirm they had the part in stock, he expedited my order so I could drive over and pick it up the same day.
When I arrived to pick my part up, I had a few questions about my car. I like running my tire pressure on the low side, which is technically below Porsche's recommended limit. Dan confirmed the tire pressure I am running is totally safe.
Dan also gave me a recommendation for synthetic oil. I am currently running European Amsoil. After a few oil changes at 5000 miles intervals, I sent my used samples to Blackstone oil analysis, who confirmed the used oil was in great shape, and my engine is happy.
Although Amsoil is in the conversation for one of the best performance synthetic oils, Dan recommended I switch over to "Driven Racing Oil". The Driven Racing Oil is specifically designed for direct injected engines. Essentially without port injected fuel systems, the backs of the valves can get dirty as there is no fuel being constantly sprayed on them. I'm sure the Amsoil I'm using is pretty good, but I'm always on the hunt for an upgrade.
It goes without saying that Sharkwerks will be my go-to shop moving forward. Their employees provide top notch customer service, and are not afraid to give you advice that is in your best interest, even if they don't make as much money. Companies like this are a dying breed and should be supported.

“Everytime American's Tire causes my tire related issues (stripped lug nuts or stripped hub) I am sent here to fix them. Alan and the crew then fix them properly with not so much delay. They also spotted that my shock absorbers are outdated and replaced them at a reasonable price (I acknowledge that the boots are ripping off and my driving experience was a bit off alignment before this replacement). Now I come here for regular maintenance (oil change, etc), and they have not disappointed me in any way. Very satisfied with their professionalism!”
