I called a place in Hayward, but the guy was rude and short and took forever to get back to me. I called Union City Auto Body, and Mike was able to help me right away. Ivan, the manager there, was also incredibly helpful! Really nice and explained everything to me without all the complicated jargon, because I don’t know anything about cars lol. They also helped to explain insurance stuff, how the process usually works, and how long the duration would be.
They did a great job repairing my car, and they even cleaned inside and washed it! I am blown away by the customer service and quality of service they did on my car. 10/10 reccommend!”

“My work had shelving installed in a 2021 transit 250 and they did a great job. Took a little long since they are understaffed but Phron (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) stayed open 20-30 minutes past closing so we could pick the van up and had great customer service. My work just had basic shelving and partition installed but it looks great and will be put to good use!”
