Alex is great as well he even helped me with the drop off my truck when Annie was out of town even tho it isn't his job. I appreciate the team effort this shop has really makes you feel valued as a customer.”

“They were very helpful and accommodating, ordering all of the parts beforehand for my repair so that, once the parts got there, I could drop off my car and they did all of the repairs in a few days instead of the weeks that other repair shops were telling me. When I picked up my car, I discovered the drivers side mirror wasn't functioning properly so they immediately ordered a new one, and when it came in, I just brought my car back and they replaced it within an hour or so, along with a piece of my moonroof that had some damage from the accident that I hadn't noticed before (but they caught the first time while fixing my car). Great staff.”

“I had a great experience at AutoZone in Union City California. I walked in to grab a couple of tools and then go to the counter for a belt. On my way to the counter. Eugene had asked me if I needed any help I said yes. Eugene took the car information and without even thinking of the belt routing he already had printed the belt route for me, which is going to save me a lot of time since the belt on the vehicle broke. I was going to pay I realize I forgot my wallet. He said we do have Apple Pay and he walked me through the first time I’ve ever used Apple Pay, which was pretty nice.
