Initially, I was dissatisfied and wanted to close my account. However, after receiving excellent service from Barbara, the assistant manager, it changed my mind and I decided to stay with PNC.

Clean, small place that isn't full on weekdays. They take my coin deposits no problem. There is always someone there to greet you as you walk in. Very friendly.
