“I really like this credit union for the people, service, and benefits. When I arrive and drpart, the security guard always holds the door open for me, which I consider kind and professional. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful too. What I do not like is that the line for the tellers is on the other side of the room, and whether waiting in line behind 1 person or 12, the line seems to always move slowly. The most tellers I've ever seen working at any one time is 2-3. I don't mind that each customer is given the attention required by the teller for good service, but it seems that there should at least be one more teller. In addition, there should be a line for disabled customers. Standing for a long period of time for seniors and physically disabled folk (even pregnant women) can be very challenging and there should either be a line giving them priority, or at the very least, a bench or two that gives the customers a place to rest as needed. Even if the bench is not in the line itself, customers could be given a number so the order of arrival is still respected, while giving the customer a place to rest while waiting. Adding these to the services would make a more wonderful and improved experience.”

“I believe I came here 2 times. This bank is where my company has their account at. Upon walking in, it does not look like a standard bank. There were no teller stations. All you'll see are desks. I was greeted by an employee who was sitting at her desk (at first, I thought I was the only one there). The lady was very polite and my transaction was pretty much less than 5 minutes.”
“I had a bad experience at one Wells Fargo (I won't name it) and really thought about dropping the bank completely but then I found this location and it's been my #1 for over 10 years. What makes them great? 1) Everyone has a great attitude AND they are professional. The employees don't avoid customers if it's busy. They always greet and tell you if they can or can't meet with you yet. 2) I know it's best to set an appointment but the times I didn't (sorry!) I've never been shooed away and the employees have never been rude about it. For wire transfers they have always been able to accommodate me after a short wait. 3) Their service is consistent. I've been here a lot and there's never a 'bad' day. I know I can count on their service even if my issue isn't resolved same day. My family and I have had major life events happen where we leaned on this branch: purchases/sale of homes, opening our kid's first account, and now death of a family member. Some things were quick and some were a process but it's always been a pleasure dealing with this branch during these benchmark moments in our lives. Now that we live in the valley, I still make the 1+ drive here because I don't want to deal with any potential headaches and I trust their service. Good job Warm Springs branch! I hope your team gets the recognition it deserves.”

“When I was searching for an online brokerage years ago, one of my main requirements was 24/7/365 chat. Schwab was the only online brokerage that offered this. In combination with its solid reputation and relatively long & stable history, that pretty much made my choice a no-brainer. Since that time, I’ve discovered so many other things I like about Schwab, including the many features that its accounts offer and the professionalism/knowledgeability of its staff. All kinds of research and ratings that can be accessed easily on the website. And it’s great that they eliminated those annoying trading fees a few years back. The only downside is that navigation can be difficult at times (a bit more complicated than I’d like, to figure out how to do things) but I have no regrets and will continue to keep my accounts there.”

“This Citibank on Christy street is the best branch I have been to compare to other one, the lady that served us named Joyce Lin. She is friendly, smart, well-trained to do the service for us as we have many accounts that need a person to know their system well and help us to combine them all together which is not easy. The other people in the branch also very friend and the branch manager Caroline is also very nice. I would just move more of my other accounts to here.”

Joseph is an EXPERT at banking and wire transfer. Not only is he polite and courteous, he is truly knowledgeable for one as young as him. I was confused with rates but he was always patient and efficient. I visited several times before deciding to use the Bank's service. It took Joseph ALL of 10 minutes to have the money transferred. GIVE HIM A RAISE. In these awful trying times one must hold on to good people. Give him a raise or someone will steal him from you specially after this review. A++++++++++++++++++”

“Perfectly functional and typical Bank of America ATM. One point of note, is that this ATM is located inside the Lucky's grocery store so it is restricted by the hours of the store itself. Other than that the only other comment is to note that the ATM is tucked away in a little corner at the West end of the store. There's actually two Bank of America ATMs there to choose from.”

“Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. They have two ATMs outside along with 2 atms in the inside. I came almost 30 mins to closing time and there was a long line with maybe 2-3 tellers. The teller that helped me was nice and helped me in a timely manner. They have stickers on the floor to remind people to social distance themselves with one another. Also have plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the bank. I normally don't go inside the banks but I needed some checks. I would def come back here if I'm in the area.”
