“I believe I came here 2 times. This bank is where my company has their account at. Upon walking in, it does not look like a standard bank. There were no teller stations. All you'll see are desks. I was greeted by an employee who was sitting at her desk (at first, I thought I was the only one there). The lady was very polite and my transaction was pretty much less than 5 minutes.”

“Specific: The people are friendly and very helpful. I am usually recognized by the regular staff there, so it is always nice to feel like I really matter enough for them to remember me. I've always enjoyed doing my banking with TechCU. I like the more personal atmosphere and banking experience I have by getting to sit at a desk with the tellers (rather than standing at a counter at a bank).General: I have always experienced better banking options available through Credit Unions than at banks. Credit unions do not charge fees for everything, like banks do. And Credit Unions, don't play games around when deposits and withdrawals are made in order to generate more fees, like banks do. Credit Unions only require a small sum of money be present in your account at all times in order to keep your account open ($5-$25 has been my experience). Credit Unions offer MANY off its services for FREE, unlike banks which seem to charge for every service offered. My Credit Union accepts legal tender (cash), unlike 1 bank I had dealt with 4 years ago, which would not accept my cash. Credit Unions are often owned by the members, which means we get to vote on the administrators.Issues: My biggest gripes about this place are the location being so far south of where I live and the limited parking. Many years ago, this branch was located in Newark, which was much closer to me, and the parking lot had plenty of parking. That location also had much more light in it, which gave it a more cheerful atmosphere. When will TechCU consider another branch further north?”

“Perfectly functional and typical Bank of America ATM. One point of note, is that this ATM is located inside the Lucky's grocery store so it is restricted by the hours of the store itself. Other than that the only other comment is to note that the ATM is tucked away in a little corner at the West end of the store. There's actually two Bank of America ATMs there to choose from.”
“Teresa the Teller at this branch is such a Beautiful and wonderful human being she greeted us so nicely and unfortunately due to my health condition I didn’t make an appointment but she took care of that . And got us an appointment right away . There is a Indian girl on the cash counter too she moved me away last time by saying make an appointment and then come I’ve a severe back pain and herniated disc still she didn’t care where Teresa is such a humble person hope she gets to train more people like herself . From the early day mortgage loan specialist till today's financial advisor, the branch manager, assistant manager, senior banker and cashiers are all very knowledgeable and personable. The only reason I did not rate them a five-star is that sometimes you have to wait for quite a while at the cashiers' window.”

“I had a truly wonderful experience today at the Wells Fargo Branch on Osgood Road, and I felt compelled to share my appreciation.
When I arrived at the branch to make two domestic wire transfers, I had walked in without an appointment and the office was understandably busy. However, the Branch Manager Cody Colvard personally came out to greet me with such warmth and professionalism that it immediately made me feel welcomed. He politely explained that they currently had only two Associate Bankers available and that both were assisting customers, so there would be about a 30-minute wait. He even graciously offered to schedule me for an appointment the next morning so I would not have to wait.
What truly impressed me was the way he handled the situation with courtesy, honesty, and genuine care for the customer. His welcoming attitude made such a positive impression that I actually felt comfortable staying and waiting rather than leaving.
I was then assisted by Associate Personal Banker Nisha Shrestha, and what a pleasure it was to work with her. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She handled both of my wire transactions smoothly and carefully, explaining everything clearly and ensuring that the entire process was seamless.
In today’s world, it is not always easy to find this level of professionalism, kindness, and customer service at banks. The team at the Wells Fargo Osgood Road Branch truly stands out.
Bravo to Manager Cody Colvard and Associate Personal Banker Nisha Shrestha for providing such an outstanding customer experience. I sincerely wish more banks had professionals like them.

“I've been a Fremont Bank customer for years (Checking, savings, refinance, and investments). Fee structure is pretty similar to other banks and as long as you follow the requirements it's all pretty simple. If I'm short on balance and get charged a "fee" is it Fremont Banks fault? No! And while I could probably call and asked to have said fee reversed why would I, it was my error. As for this branches staff and manger they have always been pleasant and easy to deal with. In short I LOVE Fremont Bank!”

“Had been here to open an nre/nro account and some attestation work.The branch manager Usha Venkatraman was welcoming, helpful, friendly and guided us through the process of account opening and other details.After we sent a list of documents to India, the Indian office said we missed one document which had to be sent urgently and she was very accommodating. We got appointment for attestation with her the same day we requested wherein usually we get appointments atleast a week later.Also, Associate banker Sahil Sareen helped in opening an account for us and also gave an insight to various schemes and benefits the bank offers.Long story short, excellent experience at the Fremont location.”
