I have been banking with them for the last 3 years. Very professional and friendly service. They remember your name and details every time you visit and you get treated well. The front office person greets you upon arrival is not only very friendly but he is also helpful. Sujata Bajpai is the banker I have been interacting over the years. She goes out of the way in making sure your requests and tasks are completed. It is the people who make a difference and these individuals certainly make PNC bank a better place.

I had a terrible experience addressing estate-related matters at this branch. I worked with Sophanna Svay who did not do a good job keeping me informed on the status of my deceased father's account and whether a particular legal document was accepted by PNC (required for withdrawal of funds and account closure as administrator of his estate). I tried calling her numerous times and never received a call back. I also emailed her on 07Aug2024 and a couple times after that, and I never received a single email or call back.
The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and empathy was shocking, given that I had worked with her in person, and given that she was aware of the sensitivity of the issue (dealing with the loss of my father and handling the estate). Furthermore, I had left several messages with a staff member when I called, and it seems no follow-up was ever made. This led to me having to involve my attorney and also filing a formal compliant with PNC Bank Executive Client Relations. Only then was I able to achieve resolution. I would never recommend anyone to bank here.

Initially, I was dissatisfied and wanted to close my account. However, after receiving excellent service from Barbara, the assistant manager, it changed my mind and I decided to stay with PNC.

This is the worst bank to work with. The stupid representative at this bank gave wrong information and it has caused late payments. PNC reports late payment on customers for its own mistakes. Avoid this bank if credit score is precious to you!!

I went to the bank on a Saturday at noon and the bank doesn't close for another hour. There was only 1 other person who was being served by the manager and I was the only other person waiting to be served. After waiting for 15 minutes, an employee walked up and told me I cannot be served as its closing time, there was still 45 minutes to close and they dint even ask the reason for my visit, All I wanted was to open a savings account. They are not interested in doing business and keeping their customers happy. All they wanted to do was, sign off and go home. I'm considering, closing my long standing account with PNC and moving to a much customer appreciating bank down the street.Good bye PNC>

Loan lending officer in this branch was very rude. I asked him for loan estimate and he said I will take that and match with my loan estimate from another bank. With this attitude, I would never recommend pnc bank at all.

As soon as I left this branch I decided to drop PNC. The most inconsiderate and disrespectful employees I have ever met. Closed the door in my face. I live in San Francisco, but my card was compromised, so I had to get a new debit card printed. This was the only PNC branch in the entire bay area that had a working printer. I called ahead, twice the day off, to explain how I was taking off work early and driving nearly 2 hours to try to make it to them before 5pm. They said they would be expecting me and that I could come at that time. I got there right on time and they shut the door in my face. Missed hours of work, spent round trip 5 hours in traffic, and still had no debit card. I’m switching to Bank of America.

Clean, small place that isn't full on weekdays. They take my coin deposits no problem. There is always someone there to greet you as you walk in. Very friendly.

The customer service at this location is absolute garbage. Staff has a “not my problem” attitude.Not only that, you better hope the ATM does not have an issue because they somehow have no ability to fix it and claim they have no control over it even though the ATM belongs to their bank and is directly connected to the bank itself.Do yourself a favor and avoid the horrible customer service experience unless you enjoy putting yourself through mentally frustrating situations or if you don’t value your time.P.s. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This location should be put under new management.

I just can’t believe this bank. I went to New Jersey in August last year to over see my mom’s account with a Power of Attorney. Gave the documents twice while there for them to process and add to the account.I came to THIS FREMONT branch and gave them a copy months back and it appears to be that the document was never processed AGAIN. Emails sent they seem to never receive. Now am here literally bringing them a hard copy AGAIN. I’ve never been through so much trouble to get something done at a bank. I have a feeling they are not gonna make here in the west coast.

Drove 30 mins here to close the account and tate the cashier check. the banker is not willing to do the transaction for me saying they are closing in 30 mins. I can't believe it needs to take 30 mins to close an account. Very bad experience.

I’ve banked at PNC for many years and have experienced in person in branch customer service on multiple occasions. I could honestly say this branch has the most amazing incompetent teller and lead resources out of all the many branches. Highly recommend thru either get terminated or retrained to having the knowledge to process the basic of PNC customer requests.
