Based on a strong recommendation from friends, we chose East Star, and looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. Their prices are highly competitive, and the overall professionalism of the team is top-notch.
The sales representatives are exceptionally helpful. A special shoutout to Nikki, who walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out potential pitfalls we hadn’t even thought of initially, which saved us a lot of headache.
While it took us a few visits to the store to finalize everything, all of our ordered supplies arrived right on time. The quality of the materials is excellent. When we did have a minor concern with an item, East Star was incredibly prompt to handle the exchange and provide a replacement without any hassle.
The store itself is in a convenient location in Fremont right off Kato Road (near the 880), features ample parking space, and maintains a great inventory of diverse supplies. I highly recommend anyone in the area looking to remodel to give them a shot!”
