While it took us a few visits to the store to finalize everything, all of our ordered supplies arrived right on time. The quality of the materials is excellent. When we did have a minor concern with an item, East Star was incredibly prompt to handle the exchange and provide a replacement without any hassle. The store itself is in a convenient location in Fremont right off Kato Road (near the 880), features ample parking space, and maintains a great inventory of diverse supplies. “Donot take automall it is no truck route and you dont want to take ticket so take the next exit 12 and take stevenson blvd exit after that take boyce road left and take a uturn from boyce road at the end near traffic light where you Took left in boyce you ll see truck enterance on your right goto scale and check on the computer and after that security will tell you to wait if dock is full if empty goto dock and they ll take 40 to 45 minutes same day appointment needed but it is first in first out”
