I had a fantastic experience with Fremont Carpet and Tiles. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional.

I visited their store on a Monday afternoon, met Owner Habib , picked out the carpet I wanted, and within 30 minutes, he had scheduled a same-day measurement. One of the owner Obaid came to my home, measured the area, and provided a quote on the spot. I accepted the quote, and they immediately placed the order with the warehouse in L.A. I even received a follow-up call on Tuesday to update me on the shipment status and to schedule installation.

By Wednesday morning, their installation crew arrived right on time at 8 AM. Since I had recently installed new closet , Obaid personally came with a handyman to remove the doors and protect the closets with plastic to avoid any damage. I really appreciated that extra level of care and attention. On Thursday morning, they returned to complete the final room.

In just four days, the entire carpet installation was completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The crew was professional, polite, and respectful throughout. I’m very pleased with both the service and the product, and I highly recommend Fremont Carpet and Tiles to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.”
