“We recently had our entire house floored by LATTA Floors, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional throughout the process. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They took the time to meet with us over a weekend and even showed us flooring samples after normal business hours, helping us make the right decision without feeling rushed. Their knowledge and expertise were evident every step of the way, and they were always happy to answer our questions. The installation itself was impressive. The crew completed the flooring for our entire house in just a couple of days, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Everything was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. If you’re looking for a flooring company that combines exceptional customer service, expert knowledge, and high-quality work, I highly recommend LATTA Floors. The photos are of Renaissance flooring laminate (Sienna)”

“Sam from Carpetland helped us redo the carpeting in most of our house and helped me install vinyl planks in the rest of it. Highly recommend! He spent a lot of time giving advice on the carpets and how to install vinyl planks, and was very patient with us as we slowly made up our mind on which carpets and planks to buy. We love the new floors in our home!”

“My Mother is 90 years old, has a great house and decided to refinish to refinish the main areas of her hardwood floors. I had several worries; who would move her precious antique furniture, how well would the floors match, how the workers would treat my mom, how much would it cost etc. After much research, I chose to go with Signature Carpet One, which was a great decision. They were on time, did the work on schedule, moved the furniture with care, treated my mother with respect, provided a reasonable cost and matched the floor perfectly. Both of us are thrilled with the final result. I have been in the home construction field for about 35 years, and it turned out better than I could have hope for. In short, this was a great decision/experience and I'll be working with John and Stephy for all my flooring needs.”

“My designer insisted we use McCurley’s even though it was quite a bit farther from us than several flooring stores in San Francisco - and I completely understand why now. You might think one flooring store is much like another, but there’s a surprising amount of nuance in choosing the right product. Ray was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, from sorting through countless options and making sure they worked with our cabinetry and other finishes to advising us through some trickier parts of the project. There’s a reason our designer recommended McCurley’s so highly. I’d absolutely recommend them as well and would use them again in a heartbeat for any future project.”

“Exceptional is the word I would use for every aspect of S&G’s service. From the sale agent to the store manager to the installers, everyone was so enthusiastic with our project. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My new floors look fantastic as every detail was performed perfectly. Their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend S&G for any of your flooring needs.”
