I wanted to provide feedback regarding the cashier working the Sunday overnight shift, who presented herself as a “lead.” Unfortunately, my experience with her was disappointing. Despite having very few customers—at most one or two during my visit—she was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills.
It’s surprising to see such poor service even during slow hours, and it reflects why this store continues to struggle with its reputation and maintains a sub-standard rating. A more attentive and proactive approach would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

This store in insane. So many homeless people to get into the store. Once in There is always one person working who is also stocking the shelves, checking people out, running the photo side or unlocking something somewhere. Most of the store is locked up at this point. Most times I will drive to any other CVS in town before coming here.

Poor customer service at the Fremont Cvs at the hub. They have a sign saying temporary closed but gives no other information. People depend on their medicine getting their medicine and they failed to give folks information about getting their medicine or how to get their medicine from another CVS, very disappointing and they couldn’t even bother to put something on their website or even put more details on the door sad

that has hit you and hold you in prayerful support. Though the shelves looked pretty tired today, we know that when this sorrow
gets settled, you will bounce back with your usual graciousness.

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews but I go to the store regularly and the staff, especially the pharmacist, is very very friendly. Don’t listen to all the slander

Poor service. Most of the staff is unwilling to help even when asked. This location needs retraining at the very least. Clerk Soma was especially unfriendly.

The customer service and merchandise are excellent and perfect in its qualities and supports. The EBT card is available at CVS at Fremont Hub and the services for EBT cards at excellent and convenient in its service and quality. I would definitely highly recommended and appreciate the CVS Fremont Hub service and quality in its medical and sanitary supplies and drinks and instant foods in quickest support.

Store didn’t understand their own deal in the candy section so couldn’t get this selection for the buy 2 get 1 free even though it’s shown online, should’ve read the poor reviews before going to this location.
