Very frustrating experience at CVS. I needed pain relief and had to wait a long time for someone to unlock the shelf. Only one person was apparently available to do it. This system makes no sense and needs improvement.

I have had positive experiences at this CVS. The store has a great selection of medical items and other products. The staff was very helpful and courteous to me. Plenty of parking too. Recommended!
