DHL said my package would be here yesterday. they even sent real time tracking info foe delivery truck. then at 10:30 pm the truck went back to the dhl facility without delivering the package. today they say they will deliver but I have received no information as to whether the package is even on the drunk for delivery. tried calling the dhl customer service line but it is terrible. given a choice to use any shipping service, I will NEVER use dhl!

DHL Fremont has the worst shipment service of all. You don’t even deserve 1 star. I get a message saying package could not be delivered because no one was home when we all are at home. When called to customer they said package is coming today first they said will receive by 7 then 10 and finally got this message. They are not even receiving calls after 7. The center has no refunds, or complaint considerations and no effort on their side to improve the service. Please avoid this service if you want a timely delivery of your package.The tone of customer care person is like they are doing favour on us when they should be apologised.If you could not deliver you should not take responsibility we would have arranged some other agencies.Package is ready from last 3 day’s getting same message but never delivered.

To DHL area manager:DHL Tracking notification: "The access or entry code required to enter the building is not available."There is no access code to enter the building. There is a call button which your driver has to press by entering the receiver's name. This was not done by your driver. I did not receive any request to access my building.My international package containing food items is being now delayed by two days (Hoping I get it by then) because of your effortless drivers.Worst Experience for international package. Are international packages been handled by third party drivers? The driver who normally tends to the Dublin, CA, USA area knows how to enter the apartment unit. The driver who handled my international package made no effort to contact the person receiving the shipment or try to access the apartment building.DHL needs to understand that international packages are very important to customers and should give proper training to drivers and make sure the customer receives the package on time.DHL stop sending contact free delivery notifications as your unexperienced drivers will be more that happy to throw customers important mail anywhere in the street and later blame it on the customers. Customers are paying DHL not just for the transport cost but also for being able to receive the shipment in hand by the said date and time.Remember customer is KING.

DHL Fremont has the worst shipment service of all. This has happened twice with me where I get a message saying package could not be delivered because no one was home when instead I am sitting by the door myself. No driver or package shows up. The center has no refunds, or complaint considerations and no effort on their side to improve the service. Please avoid this service if you want a timely delivery of your package.

I don't even want to give this carrier one star. My package arrived overseas on Tuesday. The driver notes on tracking no entry code to get inside. How do you not see there are at least 5 doors with phones right next to it to look for residents by name? Then I call customer service and they tell me my package won't be ready until Friday because it takes 24 hours but Tuesday to Friday is not 24 hours. I ask customer service to ask why it takes this long and they say fremont location has way too many packages. Who even uses DHL???? I've never experienced this with fedex or ups

Absolutely pissed. My package was put on hold yesterday instead of being delivered early. Ok, I'm not upset about that because at least it's being delivered on time. Spoiler alert it wasn't.I updated my package delivery instructions and specifically included a code to enter the building and said that's what the code is for. In addition, I talked to customer service to make sure it would get delivered ok, and had them make a note to CALL ME if there was any trouble delivering it (the customer service rep was the one that suggested making that note as a precaution).Today, the expected date of delivery, it didn't leave the facility until later in the afternoon. Then the package didn't get to my area until roughly 4 afters after the estimated time of delivery. After some waiting, the tracking updated to say delivery attempted, did not have code to enter the building. WHAT??I explicitly included that info and explanation, as well as had them add a note to call me if there were any issues. This is all after 10pm, 1 hr after their DHL statement of packages will be delivered by 9pm. I have never had issues with DHL back in the state I'm from, but if this is how deliveries are handled here, I don't know if I want to ship with them anymore. I would give a 0 star rating if I could.

I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!Worst experience ever. Customer service representatives do not know anything about when the package is being delivered and if they have all the information required to deliver the package.The only option was to update delivery instructions to specific date and provide gate access code online. Even after doing this, my package was on hold awaiting instr for 2 days.When I called on the day of delivery, I was told package is not ready for delivery and waiting instructions. I ended up picking it up myself! At the time of pick up these employees were so rude and refused to hand over my package to me. They held it for additional days.Extreme inconvenience and waste of money.

Worst experience. My package is on hold and on the portal says its in Fremont facility for 2 days. The estimated date says the next day always. Terrible experience! You guys should be ashamed of providing sub-standard service. I would never opt for DHL. Send on Fedex and avoid any worry.

Changed delivery information to make it a no-signature delivery and gave instructions for leaving package. Received an email with delivery window and I happened to be home anyway. No one ever came and then I received an email saying "Delivery attempt could not be completed" at 6:15pm, after the window but we were at the delivery address. Website Chat doesn't work and no phone numbers are in operation. Emailing vendor about my experience.

The driver lied that I don't live at the address without even attempting and my package wasn't delivered. Even after many calls to date still not delivered. It's an apartment complex not a hotel . I don't get why turning back with my package is the choice to because you're too lazy to come upstairs with a small box.

DHL isn't the best, but it's not like we got many other options for international shipments lol. I've frequented this Fremont location a few times and was helped fairly quickly. However, I've also had a few cases when my packages were scheduled to arrive on a specific day but got delayed and delayed without further updates via the tracking number. The number listed here goes straight to corporate, so it's not that helpful.

I had a terrible experience with DHL, and I can't give them any stars. They delivered my package to the wrong place and showed no accountability for their mistake. Their customer service was unhelpful and unapologetic. I strongly advise against using DHL for your delivery needs. Look for a more reliable and accountable courier service.

I’ve been expecting a package from DHL that was dispatched through the Fremont express hub. Unfortunately for me, my package was delivered to the wrong house and as I saw the DHL driver speeding passed my house of which I have on both my security cameras, I’ve been unable to contact anyone who can help. I’ve also been waiting to order this particular product for almost 6 months and now it’s sold out again. To say the least, I’m incredibly frustrated and will never use a website that either ships using DHL and will never use their services in the future for my own business. DHL, please find my package or reimburse me for my losses.

May 4: Got reply as "research team is investigating". Investigation has been going on since May 1 and no result. The package is there in your wear house and needs delivery. Nothing to investigate there.My international package supposed to be delivered on May 1. I have been keep calling the DHL express number and they keep opening a ticket with your facility (as the package is at the Fremont Facility) to deliver it next day. It has been three days consecutively I’ve been told that it’s going to arrive tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. There is no tomorrow in this case. Extremely fed up with the service that I got. you have this package since May 1, and no guarantee that is going to be delivered

Pathetic customer service. There is no coordination between their online customer service (based in Arizona) and the person at the front desk (Jennifer) that had zero clue. I was told to pick the package from the center but the center says they don’t have the package. Drove 40 mins to get here and still didn’t get the package. What a waste of time and money. Stay away from DHL.
