They emailed me for a pickup but after waiting for 30 mins they couldn't find the package. Front desk is utterly unhelpful and rude. Never schedule pickup with them

Worst service ever. Literally stayed home the entire day for the package and I am getting a message that delivery couldn’t be completed because no one was at home. Same thing happened again. I was at home, also submitted signature release- they didn’t deliver my package.

Customer service said package is ready for pick up, when we reached, staff said it’s not ready you can come tomorrow. They should fix their internal systems so customer should not suffer
