They don't answer the phone and GIVE WRONG INFORMATION!!! I've been on hold for 20+minutes waiting for them to answer and explain to me when we are sitting at the lab and there are no tests ordered!?!? This place is a joke

Go elsewhere. Zero compassion and horrible communication. Do to their lack of communication my wife and I had to make 2 separate life changing decisions within minutes. Then they played hot potato for the delivery of the bad news.

I would have given them zero if I have an option you better off going to real fertility clinic. They are inconsiderate and cold . Stay away from this place try pacific fertility.
