Simon's unwavering care has been remarkable. His persistent efforts to secure assistance from the Community Care Team, along with his frequent updates and guidance, have been outstanding. He really goes above and beyond to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Dr. Kim has also been incredibly helpful with the CCT and any other requests I've had. While he can be direct and blunt, I find his approach refreshing and necessary. As a disabled veteran, I value results and clear communication over traditional sympathy. Dr. Kim understands that, and I truly appreciate his straightforwardness.

“Scheduled appointment makes it real quick and easy. Arrive 5 mins before appointment time. Check in and wait to be called. Phlebotomists are friendly.Please do not come for walk in, it’s just a waste of time, as they attend walk in only if there is a cancellation ( which is almost never)”
