Indian Market is a grocery store located in Fremont, closer to Fremont Blvd and Target. It is a go-to spot and a one-stop shop for the South Indian community, offering a wide range of products from both North and South India. The store has all Indian groceries, including export-quality items, crispy fryums, aromatic masalas, and roasted vermicelli. It also carries fresh vegetables, meat, fish, and Indian fresh snacks in the evening, along with sweets like rasmalai and drinks like Mango Lassi. The store has a huge, free parking lot. The staff is noted as friendly and polite, and the service is great. Prices are considered reasonable. However, the store can sometimes be unorganized, particularly in the vegetables section. A need for improved cleanliness is mentioned, especially as the meat section sometimes stinks. Additionally, the lack of price tags on items can make shopping difficult. For this reason, some customers prefer it only for quick shopping when buying just a few items. Overall, it is considered one of the best shops in the area for authentic Indian groceries, highly recommended for finding a taste of home.
This is my go-to Indian store in the neighborhood. The availability of vegetables is decent, and they’re usually in good condition. The meat section is pretty solid as well. There’s also a standalone restaurant called Biryani Delight - its food quality and taste can be a bit hit or miss.

A well packed Indian Grocery store in Fremont. Reasonable prices. The parking lot is in the back and you find all shopping carts scattered in the parking lot. No entrance from the back. You need to push your cart from the parking lot around the corner to the entrance in the front which is the only inconvenience!
