“Loved the traditional middle eastern spices, whole grains and pickles collection. I tried their baked goods, liked the baked Fatayer but Baklava was way too sweet for me (it’s flavorful though). They make everything fresh daily and also have frozen items that you can bake later at home.”

Except two employees LANCE and PETER works at the produce department shows so terrible rude behavior at all the times
I need some help at the produce to find some vegetables, When I asked LANCE to help but he was so serious talking with me so rudely also PETER.
They did not once multiple times.
They are working doing some job that doesn't mean so busy when customer ask some help they should help and do their job.
Employee means customer support,
Customer are the first priority
Raley's should terminate those kind of behavior people from the service”

“They have malasadas now, it was cooked perfectly and they have flavored ones, I got the chocolate, lemon and lilikoi filled. the lilikoi was delicious and included the passion fruit seeds...so fresh!! The lady at the counter had a steaming pot of fresh tamales. I got 2 and kicked myself because they were so tasty and moist. I want more, I will go there again next week..”

The produce and seafood sections are extensive, and I can find sauces, spices, and specialty items that regular chains just don’t carry. I usually leave with more than I planned. It’s busy, fast-paced, and absolutely worth the trip if I’m cooking something specific.”

“I heard lot about India metro in Milpitas as well as in Fremont. Few days ago, I was in fremont area and decided to stop by. It is located in a shopping complex with huge parking available. Store is really big and very clean. I went in afternoon so was not so crowded. Vegetables look fresh. Prices of many items were reasonable. What i also liked is they have a separate section for food to go. I noticed they are making fresh roti using machine. Rates are reasonable. I tried tepla, raahi roti, wheat roti and normal roti. All are excellent quality. Those are better than any hand made and it lasted for few days. I wish there is such store in east bay. I will certainly recommend for this store .”
“Love whole foods! Chantilly cake is our fave, then tiramisu and the chocolate cakes. There's a bunch of little dessert bites that are delish too. Love the cheese section, I like the small pieces they sell so if you can try them. But I'm sure you can sample the cheeses. Good fruit and vegetable selection. I venture out to get other things now and then.
I wish it was a bigger store with a salad bar, pirogi and hot dishes, such as golubtzi, kotlety, borch. And also holodetz would be nice.
If you like salmon caviar, buy it here. They sell frozen packages with a weight just a little over 1 kg. This caviar is delicious and not overly salty (like most of the canned caviar)”

issues was not the chicken, but the container - which was not the idea more safe plastic #5 PP but the plastic # 7 (other)which 100% consider not any near safe for hot food.
Truly wish this hot food deli quickly moved to plastic # 5 pp ?.

“I visited Khorasan Halal Supermarket today for the first time to buy meat and do some grocery shopping, and I genuinely loved the experience. The owner and the butcher were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and generous. You can tell they really care about their customers.
We ended up buying not just fresh meat and groceries, but also some beautiful rugs, Korean ginseng candy, and rose petals for tea. What truly touched us was the kindness of the owner — he actually gifted us a rug and didn’t charge us for it since it was our first time visiting the market. That kind of generosity is rare these days.
