  Had an accident can’t walk because I just had back surgery and they said my family can’t retrieve the car with my ID the Title of the car and me on FaceTime, they want to steal my car and still charge me on top of that.   they just don't like releasing people's vehicle, they like to hold them and charge them, poor customer service, unprofessional and rude owner, the guy in front desk was trying to work things out but he needed permission from owner.

  Told me 1 price over the phone and then once dropped the vehicle off charged me MORE . Rude office lady and owner as well .
  
  Be careful . There are cheaper and honest business tow trucks elsewhere .
