PROSTAR (Joshua) notified me within 10 minutes and was at my address within ten (10)minutes after the call. Joshua tested the battery and saw on the multimeter it needed to be replaced. He showed us the reading on the battery. He replaced the battery and installed it within twenty(20) minutes. My car started and I was ready to go. GREAT job Joshua and thanks for the information.”
