Past reviews are weird most pharmacies have you check in 1st so not sure why that's a complaint. It's 6pm there's a lot of people here but there's a full staff knocking out the line and they offered me a water since I had to wait 15 minutes while the made my medicine. Great experience for me

I came here around 9am and spent 20 minutes for finding parking. I received my medication within 10 minutes. There was no line at that point. Wish Niles pharmacy has own parking for pickup medicines only.

Always professional, always consistent, deals with problem customer well. I always fill here. Saturday afternoon at say 12-3:00 was pretty slow. FYI

I’ve been going into the Niles pharmacy once a month for many years now. There are a lot of new faces in there and they definitely haven’t been trained well. There is one big gal that works in there that doesn’t have you check your medication, I’ve told 1 counter person and 1 pharmacist in there already but it doesn’t seem to help. Also have to wait because the medications aren’t ready, at least 30 minutes. When you go up and check, they don’t have an answer or they just lie to you.

First horrible experience with Kaiser here....placed a rushed prescription, arrived as advised to be told will need another 15 to get it ready...30 mins later still not there....Lady's at this pharmacy are probably one of the most daring and impolite agents, always ready to fight....

Mask required but the pharmacy clerk helped this guy without a mask?!! I asked why she didn’t tell him to wear mask and she didn’t give me a clear answer almost feel like she pretends she didn’t hear me. This is not right very unprofessional, this is a hospital don’t put the sign “ mask required” if you will let people without their mask in and provide them service.

Having to wait in line for 30 minutes to pickup medication is insane. The process is also confusing as you need to "check in" prior to picking up. Putting up some signage that's easily understood would assist in folks understanding the process and move things along more efficiently.

Soooo this morning 6/13/2022 I go to the Niles pharmacy to pick up antibiotics for a tooth extraction. 'Gabby' was exceptionally RUDE when she couldn't understand why her system wasn't populating my prescription. Being in severe mouth pain, I TRIED explaining what may have happened, and she tells me, with a raised tone, that I am unable to get my prescription. She ORIGINALLY told me I couldn't get a refill because antibiotics don't have 1. However, she must have felt embarrassed when I clearly pointed out on the bottle, there's a refill. THEN she tries telling me I must've transferred the prescription to a non-Kaiser pharmacy. I tell her I didn't... for which she say, "Are you sure you didn't?" I clearly know where I pick up my medications. After her tartness, she finally says she's going to talk to her pharmacist. The pharmacist somehow sees whatever Gabby couldn't find and approves processing my order. While waiting, I hear Gabby being nicer-toned and polite to others. After I get my prescription, I ask her to explain why she was basically denying my prescription. She starts some bogus explanation. Totally unacceptable if she would have listened earlier, she would've gotten the answer. But instead, she chose to be a rude individual for no reason. Fortunately, I wasn't able to tell her how I feel about her disregard or ability to process. I was in too much. Simply disgusting way of treating any patients but when someone is in pain, it's even more disgusting.

The staff is very good but there is this one pharmacist that does the consult who has to be one of the most patronizing and rude people I have encountered. I have been unlucky enough to have to endure her treatment a number of times. I've filed a complaint but now I just go to another facility than have to deal with her.

One of the worst pharmacy's and customer service Ive ever seen. The cashiers are very rude, inconsiderate, and lack skills. Changes made to medications is a challenge, and time consuming. No manager on-site. The cashier seems very unhappy, no smiles, and have very little understanding of patients rights or confidentiality. They do minimal work as possible, and when they need to contact a doctor it takes about two hours. They also hide behind the counters, talk negatively, and discriminate. The pharmacist said She would call Me when the Doctor approved the medications, and left to lunch. I-am patiently waiting, and they become agitated when they are asked to do their job. Terrible experience.

Not bad considering many of the non HMO pharmacies I've been to. I don't know if it's just me but sometimes my refills are processed within an hour and sometimes they take days. Other than that I'd actually say they've got their stuff together and it's a pretty smooth process.

It is a bit of a maze due to covid. The entrance to the pharmacy is around the back. You need to wash your hands and wait in the left line to be called in. Be sure you've reviewed your confirmation text first
