“Love this place, I think this was officially my first time in one of these in eons. This location has plenty of parking and is bigger than it looks from the outside.If you have trouble finding anything in particular just ask an associate and they can navigate you right towards the item or direct you how to obtain. I have yet to come across something that I could not find at this location and the prices for natural treats and selection are just right!Don't forget to stock up on holiday treats and play items for the fur babies, snooze you lose.”

“Great Service!!! i had found this place a while ago but never went, recently my dog needed a groom so we thought to try it out. making an appointment was really easy, i called and they got me in about a week after my call and sent a form to be filled out online. day of i brought him in and staff was super friendly and throughly listened to what style i wanted my dog. he did have a couple matts that i mentioned and they explained they'd try and style him and keep as much hair as possible. he came out great!! the initial cut was very even and the sanitary groom was nice and clean. my family members thought his hair was a bit too long on the head and we passed him back two more times to cut it shorter, and each time they were very patient and described what can be done. overall 11/10 honestly! will be going back as this is definitely the place for asian style dog grooming!!”

“Please note that this review is about the shopping experience only. We have never used the pet hotel or the grooming services here. This is my safe bet for any pet smart products! Each year I buy my XL Labrador a new sweater. Last year I was looking for a good rain coat, and I look all throughout the bay and didn't find it, except for here. And after seeing so many stores this was the only store that had the dog sweaters well organized and doesn't jack up the prices a ridiculous amount because of his size. This year the same thing happened but for a winter coat, I went to the Milpitas location first got horrible customer service, and had to search for half an hour their unorganized pile of sweaters to not even find his size. I arrived here and within 5 minutes I found a sweater, the right size, and checked out. As an owner of a large breed I think the pricing for their sweaters are fair. I would have expected to pay 70$ on the Arcadia trail sweater with Sherpa on it. Instead I got it for 35$. Thank you for making my day!”
