“WOW!!! I'm a HUGE supporter of this store and it's employees.. I've been shopping here for over 10yrs and also work with the community helping cats and now dogs? i recently seen a TERRIBLE REVIEW reg a AMAZING employee named Rob.. This is VERY UPSETTING to see that when people don't get there way...even if what there asking doent make sence they can drag someones name and Character through the mud. This is very upsetting because I know all the workers personally. And they're all amazing so shame on this persand no store is gonna give you an online discount in the store. It says right there online only so to walk into a store and say I want. This discount is completely ridiculous.! !!!!!!”

“I have been ordering from this pharmacy monthly for over one year. Their website is well laid out showing prices and details. When you decide you're ready to order, I phone them, leave a callback number and they've always called me back within 10 minutes, then you have a live person to speak to which is always helpful. They have always had excellent prices and they are always detailed to explain what you're ordering so there's no mixup. They've always shipped promptly if not immediately and their staff all sound intelligent and educated. I would recommend this pharmacy.”

“1st experience was not good at all as they were no reply or response on my emails at all , I had to travel from Germany to San Francisco to get the medicine myself.

2nd experience, they answered the phone call from the US mobile they kept me on waiting for a while but they called me back within an hour.

In the company location the people was nice and I picked up my medicine myself.

Off course its stressful and not easy to fly 15 hrs flight due to no clear international communication channel only easier if you are inside US to call and wait the call back.

I really wish for better and clear communication in the future.

Regarding shipping to EU as their own experience it will not be less than 10 days and off course can go longer up to destination internationally.”
