“This has honestly been my favorite pet store in union city, Fremont and Hayward area. The customer service is beyond amazing. They didn't get my dogs food delivered yet and they gave me little baggies of food samples. No other pet store has done this, all the other ones Ive been to just say sorry we are out but they sweet lady working made the effort to make up for not having the food I needed. Highly recommend this place.”
