Planet Fitness is a welcoming gym with friendly staff and great customer service. The gyms are generally well kept, clean, and have all the equipment needed for a workout. Many locations offer lots of space and the equipment, while sometimes older, is functional. The Black Card membership is considered worth it for the price and access to amenities like the Black Card Spa. It can get very busy on weekday evenings. A common complaint is that some members, including students using the free summer program, sit on machines using their phones and do not always wipe down the equipment. Occasionally, the behavior of other members can create an uncomfortable or bad vibe. However, the overall atmosphere aims to be a Judgement Free Zone where everyone can build strength at their own pace.
Clean facility and awesome staff. New facility. Typical Planet Fitness cardio and other equipment. They recently added two squat/deadlift heavy lifting stations. Very nice and helpful staff. They only have three showers in the Men's Locker Room. Lot's of parking.

So glad I joined PF and stopped going to 24 Hour. PF has clean facilities, the air conditioner works, and doesn't have broken equipment that stays broken for years on end.

wowowow staff is very nice, much better than the one next to American hs but highkey my opps go to that one
