I love that Liz and Kevin will reach out to check out if I need help on my diet and offer suggestions to reach my fitness goals. I definitely recommend EPG if you want to workout in an environment that will motivate you to make it a lifestyle choice!”

“I’ve been going to this studio for over a year and love the HIIT class with Carolyn. She has great energy and switches up the routines to keep the classes hard and engaging. Jaz is also a fantastic vinyasa instructor and love taking her classes.Only drawbacks of this studio is limited vinyasa classes after work hours and days offered. The latest vinyasa class is at 4 pm which often doesn’t work with my schedule. I also wish they had Tuesday and Thursday evening vinyasa classes!Owner is engaged and responsive.Edit 5/19Studio added evening vinyasa classes after hearing feedback from students! Very excited for expanded opportunities to take classes.”

“No frills place where you can workout without any disturbance. Front desk staff are very friendly. Personal training is not great and that is expected based on the monthly fees. Equipments are cleaned regularly which is a great bonus.

“I enjoy coming to this gym but I really think the back extension machine should be upgraded. It feels outdated compared to the rest of the equipment, and one of the biggest issues is that I can’t properly adjust it to my height. A newer, better-quality back extension machine would make a big difference for members who focus on lower back and glute training. Hoping management considers updating it soon.”
“I have been a new member here for about 2 months now .The staff is friendly helpful & professional .The facility is super clean they are cleaning all day long everytime I go at all diff times .The showers do get a lot of hair on the ground at the drains when they are busier but it's not a big deal .The other members I swim with are pleasant and friendly .”
“When I tell you I NEVER write reviews, but I had to because this place went wayyy past my expectations. First of all I was greeted at the front desk by Christina. She was so great, we conversed while I was waiting for my first class to begin. She related to me, I felt valued and so welcome. We discussed our past experiences with our fitness journey which was so helpful, and even gave me resources to go to for my specific fitness goals. Then I met my coach, NV, oh my goodness! She talked with me one on one before the class started and after to discuss my strengths, weaknesses, and results. She gave me so much insight on my goals, answered every one of my many questions with a big smile. I loved how during the class she still made sure to check on me and help when I was lost and even cheer me on when I had good form. At the end of the class she even had everyone cheer and congratulate me for going to my first class. I felt so empowered at the end, motivated, valued, and welcomed. Im definitely going back!”

Before our first session, she took the time to understand my specific goals and designed a tailored training plan to achieve them. From day one, she would come into sessions fully prepared and dedicate significant time on educating about the movements. During our sessions, she explains the target muscle groups, demonstrates proper scaling options, and outlines clear paths for progression. Her deep knowledge of movement mechanics—specifically her focus on form, breathing, and muscle activation—combined with her genuine passion for fitness makes her an exceptional coach. She also showed me the tools and mapped out a plan to work out independently. I can already notice a positive shift in myself since we started, and I cannot recommend her enough!”
