“I was at the Nails Please shop getting a pedicure. I've been there a couple of times and always come out satisfied. They do wonderful pedicures, and I also have them do acrylics. But I didn't do that yesterday. I highly recommend this place. I haven't seen one better in this area.”

“This place catered many Asian restaurants,a grocery store,bakery shop,coffee with pastry shop,dental offices. Ranch 99 ,you can almost get anything from cooked food,dim sum, fresh veggies,meat ,seafood,cooking utensils stc for your need. Restaurants are mainly northern Chinese food like dumplings and noodles.Plenty of parkings,clean and organize.You won't be disappointed. Please take a visit.”

“I only drove thru The Globe Mall and noticed a Nice Asian shopping ? center with several modern restaurants and big parking lot. Will be back to explore more in the near future.”

“There are a lot of nice restaurants to choose from. Plenty of parking and with 99 Ranch Supermarket where you can get plenty of Asian groceries at reasonable price.”
“I like this place very much. It has a trader Joe's, a Safeway, a CVS, a Daiso, a pizzeria, a pet store, several restaurants, a target, and what not. The place has a huge number of parking lots, and so parking has never been a problem. The Safeway also has a wonderful Starbucks cafe. The hub can be entered and exited at several places. It is probably the most visited place in Fremont by us.”

“So this 99ranch serves both Newark and Fremont to which more ready to grab and go snacks and ects. It has more high end items as well where there is more than a few options. Think h mart to where it is self serve with items but you also get service if needed a s asked for!”

“I enjoy coming here mostly due to the fact that it's close to my home and has a good amount of stores and restaurants to go to. The only thing I would change like others said is to have the stores and places closer together to make it more walkable. You have to kind of remember how to get from one place to another and walk there. They're all within close proximity, but it's still inconvenient. Although over the years I have gotten more used to the layout, it's still not ideal for me. Sometimes I just don't feel safe coming here because of the amount of traffic and cars you kind of have to watch for. In the future, I would like to see a nail place here.”
