First time at Bar Method and loved it! Christie was amazing! she’s super attentive with form, the workout had me shaking (in a good way), and the studio is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Perfect Monday night sweat! ❤️

I absolutely loved my experience at Bar Method Fremont! The coaches and front desk staff are amazing!
The coaches have helped me correct my form and teach me alternative exercises for the ones I couldn’t do due to pain and injuries.
