“This review is long overdue. I bought a 2006 Subaru Forester back in July of 2019. It was a salvage title with over 150k miles, and all this made me a little nervous, but I'm happy to say it still is running great. This is a car that got me through a major life change and has taken me on many trips to and from Eureka -- and one trip to Seattle and back. Whenever I had any kind of question or issue, I texted Chris, and he was always super prompt and helpful in his response.Honestly, I am so happy that a business like this exists. “I can't speak more highly of Lexus Fremont. I had been trying to get a new car at Lexus Stevens Creek (which is closer to my home) for three years (no joke) and even with a deposit down, they couldn't get me a car and kept referencing their long waiting list. It was insane. The head of sales there ended up personally calling me to apologize after I pulled my deposit after no car in 3 years. BUT THEN I CONTACTED LEXUS FREMONT - and within weeks (literally only weeks!) they allocated me the exact car I wanted. I came in, put down my deposit for the car, and within 2 months I received my new car! I worked with David M. during this process and he couldn't have been more reliable, helpful, patient and kept me updated on the status of my car every week. And when my car was ready to be picked up, David made the process so memorable!! I can't thank you enough David!!!! Also, a huge thank you to Andy (the General Sales Manager) for getting the car I wanted ordered right away and Danny (Finance) for making the transaction process so seamless. Literally from start to finish, I had the best customer service. The vibe and energy of all who work at Fremont Lexus was so warm and accommodating (SOOOOO different than Stevens Creek). “I'd been looking for a Mini Cooper for about a year. There was a specific model, color, etc etc I wanted, so I wasn't in a rush. Eventually, one popped up at Fifty Stars and, for a car dealer, the price was surprisingly reasonable. I live in Santa Cruz and it's a long haul thru traffic to get to Fremont, but Zack answered all my questions, the car checked all my boxes, so off I went. Th car itself was nicer than I expected. Zack told me he'd sold around 150 Minis over the years, a good proportion of them to folks in Santa Cruz. His philosophy was to mark up his cars a small amount, and turn them over quickly. This is true. Other dealers I'd come across ask unreasonable prices for their Minis -- and the cars sit for months on their lots. I know, I'd been watching them. A couple of days after buying the car I had a bit of a problem with an ignition coil. Zack gave me a warranty on the car, but the car was in "limp home" mode and I had no way of getting it back over the hill. I had it fixed by our local Mini specialist -- and Zack was gracious enough to send me a check for the work. I highly recommend Fifty Stars, I'd buy another car from him in a second. I've wanted a Mini since the 60's. I did a long trip into Mainland Mexico with a buddy in his Mini in '67 and wanted one ever since. Zack made it come true.”

“I was in search of a used but quality car. I came across The Dealer site and saw 2 particular vehicles I was interested in. I was unsure which one to choose from but eventually I decided on a BMW wagon, had my heart set on it. I had every intention of coming in the following day to purchase it that I put down a $200 deposit on my credit card. Billy, the sales man and Sonia the book keeper and financial professional helped me do this seamlessly. unfortunately that evening I had a loved one come to me in an emergency and needed to borrow a good amount of funds, as a result, this left me unprepared to financially buy a car at that time. I texted Billy to make him aware of my unforeseen situation & my change in plans that I had to ask billy to please credit me back that $200 deposit. Usually nonrefundable, but billy and Sonia were very kind and considered the circumstances and refunded me anyway ! Now I don't know about you but I find that commendable and at the same time refreshing. Sometimes stuff happens and it's great to know that there's still people out there that care, and even at a car dealership! There out there, there's only a few of them left.
