“I purchased this vehicle (20216 Toyota 4Runner with 60k). They were great. Helped with getting me better interest rates via a credit union although I was pre-approved with my bank. That was three points differential. Allowing me to get the additional warranty. Haves (Harris) and Tony were super professional and helpful. No pressure to make a decision. In fact I arrived there (Hayward) after looking at EV's in Daly City. Tony had it ready for me to test drive. Once there we just got in an drove. I got some verbal history from him. He printed the CarFax for me to take home. Hares wrote up two deals. One with and the other without the warranty. The vehicle was clean and presented well cared for. This dealership has a wide variety of cars and trucks and SUV's to look at. Plus price ranges for different budgets. I'm going to get it checked by my mechanic (haven't bought used in over ten years) and I've been driving and enjoying for several days (including in the rain). Thanks guys.”

“Bottom line is they sell badass cars and had a base price offer which was the best offer I could find for the make and model I wanted. It’s a beautiful car. Worked with Bill & Tracy did my finance. They got me approved with little down.
However two bits of advise to any potential buyer; understand the maintenance, understand the finance and probably get pre-approved. Ultimately within 6 months I’ve had 10k maintenance for belt and breaks, likely why the original owner sold in the first place. And I’m paying more on interest for my loan then I am to principal on a monthly basis and definitely will be refinancing at some point.
Long story short if I could go back in time with hindsight capabilities I would’ve went to my credit union and tire kicked a little harder than I did.
If I am being realistic with myself though, despite the burn of the financial cost that could’ve surely been minimized. They’re a business and like all businesses they need to make money and stay afloat. And this car is way to cool that I would wish to change time and not have bought it.
They won their negotiations, I won a stupendous car which has served its purpose to me as a 21 year old man. At the end of the day everyone is happy and life is a blessing, this car would have always cost me money, what is a dollar on a screen for a memories that last a lifetime.

“I was recently in the market for a used commercial truck when I came across ABC Auto Brokers. I had to change trucks in order to meet the new California emissions standards, but I wanted to keep the refrigerated box I had on mine, and have it switched over onto to the truck I purchased there. This was no big deal for them since they do it all the time. This is a job that usually requires a couple of days, I informed the owner (Ben) that I could only spare one day. He was very accommodating and suggested we size up the two trucks first, then he would alter and prepare the newer truck so that box transfer would only take a day. Well, of course has we know, things don't always go has planned, there were some unforeseen circumstances that required more time. But Ben had his guys stay over time and complete the job well into the evening. (I'd like to add, Ben kept me up to date on the whole project from start to finish by sending me videos and photos) And has promised, I got the call that truck was ready! Ben seems like a nice guy and has a good sense of humor, but what's most important to me is that he showed me he keeps his word. He gave me a 30-day warranty in writing for the truck, which you don't always get when you buy used, he even mentioned a little bit longer for the smaller stuff. He also added a free oil change when the time came and he gave me a free gallon of DEF on my way out, which he didn't have to do. So, all in all my experience was great! I suggest if your market too, put Abc Auto Brokers on your list of places to check out first. Thank you very much Ben! -Bob”

“I was shopping with my 20 year old daughter for her first car. We had been to some of the bigger dealers and Walnut Creek, Concord, and then Hayward. It was getting really frustrating and frankly, worse than I expected. As we were leaving a horrible auto dealer, my daughter saw the Lucky Auto sign so we walked onto the lot. We were greeted by two nice young people who were very friendly and very low pressure. There were at least three great cars on the lot in our price range and with reasonably low mileage. All the other dealers had laughed at our price range. Once we decided on a car, we left in order to let them service the car and clean it up as it had just came on the lot. We then changed our mind and wanted a different car. So I called and we went back the next day (Christmas eve) and they were happy to let us test drive and they sealed the deal making the price work and the car was great. My daughter drove it to southern California two days later very safely. This is a family owned business and they care about their customers. I think they mostly buy cars from auctions. However, the car we ended up buying was a one owner car from a family friend of theirs (we found that out after the deal was done). All the cars on the lot looked clean and were reasonably priced. It's a very small lot but there are lots of choices and the owners don't pressure you to buy. In fact I asked about a truck on the lot for a friend and they told me to wait until after the pandemic (if possible) as truck prices are really high now. We are really happy we found this auto dealer and my daughter proudly sports the "Lucky Auto" license plate frame! Thank you Lucky Auto!”
