They even had the mechanic send me a video showing me the issues for transparency which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs. I dropped off my car at 9am and my water pump was done by 4pm. Great customer service -”

“Ended up with a nail in my back tire which I noticed late on a Saturday evening. I was so lucky to have found this place that is open on Sundays, fast, and so reasonably priced!! I called ahead and they told me to come right in. They were honest and told me that a patch on my tire would fix it right up (no need to purchase a brand new one) and the patch is still holding strong 4 months later, even after driving during winter storms and potholes. Only cost me $20-25 for the tire patch. The entire experience took about 20 minutes total to remove the nail and apply the patch. I definitely recommend this location for any tire help!”
“Got a nail in my tire with a slow leak. Called WD. Made me an appt for 30 mins from then . They removed the nail, patched the hole, in and out in less than 15 minutes. No charge. Will definitely use them in the future!”
“Had a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y today. Called the shop and luckily caught them just before closing time. The guy on the phone told me to come over right away. When I arrived, there were already a few customers ahead of me, but they still managed to get all four tires replaced in just about 45 minutes. The price was on the higher side, but I’m hoping the quality makes it worth it. Time will tell if the new tires live up to the expectation.”
“These guys are top notch. As car enthusiasts, we have lofty expectations when modifying our cars so I tried to taper mine. DIDN'T NEED TO. My wheel came back exceeding expectations. The product/finish they advertise on their website is 1000% accurate and then some. My wheel came out better than what they said it was going to be. They even made sure all my wheels were straight before the powder coating. Not once did I feel like I was being sold up. I could tell all they wanted to do was perfect my wheels based on what I told them I wanted to achieve. Don't bother rolling the dice with another shop, this is the one.”
“This tire shop is pretty cool! I needed new tires and they got my tires (with competitive price) ready for change on the same day. I brought in my car the next day and they changed all four with quality work under an hour. They even helped me check brakes, fluids and pumped my spare tires. I was really happy to find this highly efficient tire shop and the cool people working there.”

“Came in at around 12:45pm on December 24 with a flat tire fully expecting to be told it won’t be patched until after Christmas. However Victoria was very helpful and thorough with the information she provided me about the service and assured me it will be done fast. So upon hearing that I decided I’ll just wait at the shop, and sure enough it was completed by 1:20pm. They had me in and out of there with a flat in under an hour and I would highly recommend Wheel Works to anyone looking to get work done on their car.
