“I had a great experience with getting my rim repaired for curb rash. I was able to text them a photo for a quote. It took less than 30 minutes to get everything done.”
“We are so glad we found this place! While towing our 5th wheel our engine gave up the ghost. We called Jim at Leal's. He arranged to have our truck towed to the shop, and our 5th wheel taken to an RV Resort, where we stayed during the repairs. He verified that the engine was beyond repair and quoted prices for a rebuilt one. We knew the transmission was on its last leg so we added that to the scope of work. While going over the truck he found our brakes were toast too.
In a terrible stroke of bad luck, the new engine came with a bad injector. He sourced all new injectors and replaced them over the weekend (even though they were closed). After some testing we got our truck back and finished our journey. Right after we unhooked our 5th wheel, the new transmission started acting up. Jim arranged to have it picked up the next day.
Bad parts can come from the factory, it happens. What the shop does about it is what's important.

“Got a dent on my passenger side rear door fixed at Fix Auto South San Jose, and the result is flawless — you genuinely can't tell there was ever any damage.
What impressed me just as much was the communication: Mario was quick to respond with clear updates the whole way through, zero surprises. He also walked me through the entire claim process and was compensated with a loaner car for the entire duration. They were also considerate enough to patch up some minor scratches/dents besides the main damage which was very sweet.

“I've brought my car here a few times so far. They were able to fix my front bumper to make it look brand new. Also had my car detailed, the rear bumper stabilized, the power windows cleaned/re-greased, and had the rocker panel painted.
Ask for Nico. He's a good dude and he'll hook you up. Nico and his team do excellent work. The shop's prices are fair and they work within a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend this shop. Also, you can save a few bucks by paying cash instead of card.”

They knew I was in a bind and I asked if they could help me out and drive to my location to plug the tire. Since they didn’t have a mobile air compressor, they plugged it and drove me to O’Reillys to get an air compressor, came back and filled it. I did tip them and payed a bit extra but sure was better than calling for roadside.”
